Breast Reduction at 5’8 and 300lbs - serious nipple complication

Well, my nipple survived, but at what cost? Looking back, I think I was too nervous to be critical of Dr. Gabriel of my experience overall, but tbh I’m not that happy with my results. My nipples are too small for my breast size, and one of them is positioned much closer to my armpit than the other. The nipple I almost lost is extremely ugly and embarrassing to look at.
