WORTH IT$6,000
I am late with starting this post. Like everyone else, started developing at a young age (10). Was a B cup by middle school and graduated high school a D. At 5'1", breasts was all anyone saw. I am now 165 lbs and 36DD. Not as big as many here, but way bigger than my frame.
I went for a physical last summer. My GP told me that would need to get a 3D mammogram. For those of you who haven't had one, they are tortuous. I had lost weight that got me down to 165. I was a 40DDD at one time. the doc said I wouldn't lose much more since the remaining mass was tissue and not fat. I asked what I could so. He said, go smaller. That started the journey.

I first had a consult with Dr Ghaderi last fall. He was very thorough, making sure I was the surgery for the right reasons. At Christmas I scheduled for February 22nd. I had two appointments shortly before the surgery. Going over pre-op care, my stay in the hospital (I don't know how women do this and go home) and then post op care. He is very good had tamping down expectations. We never discussed a specific size or shape. He said he would set the size according to my frame size. Had the surgery on February 22nd.

One week ago changed my life. The care I received was superb. The back and neck pains are gone. I just got all of the apparatus removed. The surgeon is quite please with his work. I couldn't get a immediate post op pic. I was covered by a massive stretch gauze and tape. I will post a pic when I change the bandages tonight.

VERY eager to hear and see more! I am older than you, but I am just about the same height and weight. I'm currently a 38H and it is mostly tissue not fat. My insurance rejected my first claim, but I am fighting them on it. My shoulders are killing me,especially after losing 50 lbs over the last 2 years. Guess the extra fat was supporting the bra straps more!

Good luck with insurance. Talk to your PS. It all has to do with how the claim is filed. My was filed as medical, not cosmetic.
