I thought I'd post an update every couple of months now to help people to see the improvements.
I'm back to the gym this past week and it's amazing to run without pain!!!

I went for my first gentle jog today. No pain but I was very careful!
I’m also delighted with the scar healing so far and am using a combination of silicone creams and bio oil to keep the area hydrated.
