Today's the day!

Currently waiting to go down for surgery.

Feeling nervous and excited.

I've wanted a reduction for many years but wanted to wait until wed finished having children.

I'm not sure what size I will be but I've asked for as much as possible!

I'm looking forward to seeing the results later on today!

Congratulations! I had Mine yesterday in cornwall. I was s 36kk and I have no idea what size they will be. Still look massive but I guess that’s a lot to do with swelling. My drains were easy peasy to come out, literally felt nothing. All quite uncomfortable this evening though. I ended up being in surgery 3.5 hours and a further 2 in recovery. All very surreal.
Wishing you a speedy recovery x

Just make sure to stay hydrated and moving to avoid blood clot. Take it from me. I had a massive stroke after my breast reduction! Stop talking birth control pills if you’re currently taking them also.

Well that was definitely harder than I thought.

Having been through childbirth I though I was quite well prepared for this, but what's hit me is the sickness after a General anesthetic.

The surgery went very well and around 800g was removed from each breast.

I had drains in when I woke and these were uncomfortable when removed.

I've just eaten my first meal in 48 hours and hoping I can keep it down.

I'm absolutely delighted with the result. It has definitely been worth it!

Wow!! What a change! I hope you feel amazing and that you noticed the instant back relief that I noticed. Just get ready for some constipation.Get a friend to go to the local drug store and get some stool softeners and some laxative of sorts. My constipation lasted a few days and it was just awful. It hurts enough to get surgery without feeling like your going to explode after!! Looking good! Can't wait to see your follow up posts!!

You're so lucky you got the drains removed same day!!! I had them in from Mon-Fri. When they did come out, it's still been sore in that area since and I'm on post op day 12!! Sorry to hear you got so sick after anesthesia. :-(

First night back home and I managed to finally eat something and get 8 hours sleep.

I've woken with a lot of tenderness but any pain is outweighed by how amazing they look!
