Excellent result achieved from my very large, uneven, 32JJ cup breasts

ORIGINAL POST

I Would Wholeheartedly Recommend Professor Ahay Mahajan, to Anyone Looking for a Breast Reduction.

WORTH IT
This procedure was many years in the planning. I had large 32 JJ size breasts, one being much larger than the other. I had spoken about getting a reduction for many years, but my personal commitments always came first. Until I had eventually had enough of the weight, back / neck issues, blisters, being uncomfortable in very expensive and restrictive bras and my boobs dictating what clothes I could wear etc etc…
I decided to do some research, and found Professor Ajay Mahajan, he had the experience in breast reduction that I feel is necessary, excellent reviews and pictures of the results he had achieved were very good.
I made an appointment for a consultation, it was a number of weeks before I could be seen. However, I personally found it reassuring that he was so busy.
At the consultation Professor Ajay Mahajan presented with the utmost professionalism. Having a strange man examining your breasts has the potential to be a difficult and embarrassing moment. However, Professor Ajay Mahajan has a wonderful sense of humour, which he is adept at using to put you at ease and always has a chaperone present during any examination.
Following the initial consultation, Professor Ajay Mahajan, recommended that I spent some time thinking about procedure and whether it was really right for me. I had spent years considering whether it was right for me and knew I wanted to have the surgery. I emailed shortly thereafter and requested to put on his waiting list for the procedure.
The waiting list was quite lengthy and I was advised it would be quite some weeks to wait. However, there was a cancellation I was able to be seen sooner than anticipated which worked out perfectly for me.
During the time following the consultation and arriving for the procedure, I was kept informed of everything I needed to know/ do. Questions, I had were directed to Professor Ajay Mahajan via his secretary and these were answered in a timely manner.
My experience at the Yorkshire Clinic was excellent from the moment I arrived for the procedure. The reception staff speedily saw me through the paperwork that required completing in person. Before ensuring that I was taken to the ward.
The room was perfectly equipped with everything required, including a private bathroom.
From the moment I arrived on the ward all medical staff were very attentive and provided excellent service and care. They presented as friendly knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions if they didn’t know the answer they quickly found out. I was allocated a personal nurse, who really took her time to get to know me and was incredibly reassuring and often popped in to see how I was doing.
Other visitors to my room, included the head chef who came to personally meet me to assess whether I had any food, allergies, or what type of food I enjoyed. She was very thoughtful and was able to recommend some excellent choices. The choice of food was very good and when I was brought meals they were all excellent, well presented and tasty.
The anaesthetist visited me, again a professional though and though. He ensured that I was reassured and fully informed of exactly what would happen when I went to theatre. Details around how they would put me to sleep and administer any medications. How I would arrive at theatre, what I would see, who would be there and what would happen. He ensured I understood what after-care I would receive following the procedure prior to going back to the ward.
Professor Ajay Mahajan visited me prior to surgery, again his good humour shone though, putting me at ease. He explained what would be happening ensured I was still happy for the procedure to go ahead. He discussed what results he was aiming for and drew marks to assist him during the procedure.
A short time after this I was taken to surgery, I was allocated a nurse who collected me from my room and we walked to the theatre area. He was very reassuring putting me at my ease. He along with Anaesthetist and other members of the theatre were there when I was put to sleep. They were all incredibly professional told me exactly what they was doing and why I was not nervous about any of the procedure as I felt I was informed as I possibly could be and in good hands.
The nurse who had collected me from my room, was there when I woke up, he was very attentive and ensured I was in no pain and that I had no concerns. He stayed with me until I was taken back to the ward.
When I arrived at the ward I was greeted by a beautiful bouquet of flowers from Professor Ajay Mahajan, this was an unexpected and very thoughtful touch.
My allocated nurse was there to greet me explaining everything I needed to know. She helped me to get dressed and be comfortable. Post surgery bras were provided, and probably the most comfortable bra I’ve ever worn. The nurse explained the drains, the drip and the equipment used on my legs to ensure I did not develop any blood clots. This equipment restricted me to the bed, but should I need to get out of bed the nursing staff were quickly there to help me remove it, allowing me to use the facilities in private. My nurse was very attentive and ensured that I experienced no pain, pain relief was regularly topped up and checks on my recovery were frequent.
I was immediately conscious on sitting up for the first time, how much easier it was without the weight of my breasts, almost 3 kg had been removed and that makes a massive difference.
Medication had been given to me for pain relief whilst I was asleep and I had absolutely no pain on returning to the ward. Pain management was excellent during the time that I was at the hospital. I was sent home the next day with a supply of pain relief, and I had very little discomfort and pain was managed very very well.
The incisions that had been made during the breast reduction were stitched with dissolvable stitches and were dressed with tape. This was removed by Professor Ajay Mahajan at my first follow-up appointment, when I was able to see the results of the operation properly for the first time without the dressings on. Professor Ajay Mahajan has a very good procedure of applying the dressings and they pretty much come off in in one movement which was a bonus.
Some months later the scars have healed really well, I still have a little bit of numbness at my sides, however this gets less every day. The scars are already starting to fade, they are actually excellent, very thin and neat, some are not noticeable at all already ! I followed Professor Ajay Mahajan advice to use a moisturiser on the scars daily and I feel this really helped. As the swelling / firmness abated my breasts true shape is starting to appear. They are not twins, but definitely more like sisters than they were pre surgery. The result Professor Ajay Mahajan has achieved from my very large uneven breast is excellent, and for the first time in my life, I could go without a bra should I wish to do so !
I’m looking forward to the summer when i will be able to wear thin strapped or strapless tops without having an ugly thick bra strap showing!
I would wholeheartedly recommend Professor Ahay Mahajan, to anyone looking for a breast reduction.
