That is amazing! You look fantastic and I only hope my results are as good! I also hope to lose weight after - great job!!
I'm thankful everyday! Wishing you nothing but positive outcomes.
wow, it looks so beautiful! I like a natural shape and all accuracy. I am concerned about attachment of my areolas, they trimmed uneven, breast skin all crinkled where attached to them, and yours look ideal!
Compliments to your doctor!!!! Great job with weight loss as well!
How long are you post. I had a lot of crinkling in my areolas too. The point where my husband made me ask at my next appointment and they assured me that it should smooth out.
I do have imperfections where the camera isn't zoomed on. Next time I post i will make sure I include those areas. Not everyone is going to have a perfect outcome.
Thank You! Best of luck to you.
Today is day 4 post op. Wrinkles allover areolas and one big fold and bulging on top of wider boob. Asymmetry now bothers me the most. And my areolas and nipples also look somewhat out and down, which make my boobs look sad, like of 100 years old maiden. Hope those thing will change...I had 2 doctors, one is Harward graduate...what the hell? :)
Day 4 is way too soon to be worried. Give it time! I was swollen for 6 months! I finally got my true shape then.
100 year old Maiden.
Omg.. I posted and it cut off all that I had typed up....
I meant to say...
100 year old Maiden.
Ughh.. Maybe I'm typing too much?? It is cutting off my comment. Lol. I was laughing at the 100 year old Maiden.. but now it's not as funny. Lmao. Haha. Maybe they worked on 1 more then the other. Then that would make one more swollen. Which would throw off the the balance of your boobs. Not all boobs are going to be mirrored image perfect. Look at my before picture my left breast was a lot bigger than my right. I didn't care or think much about it then and I probably wouldn't now.

6.5 Months Post Operation

I defiantly am in a 36C and when I bend over there is parts where my breast doesn't touch my bra. So a small C??
Very happy still with my results.
Now a 35lb loss I'm down to 145. My pre pregnancy weight. I'm just where I want to be. No more no less. I feel like a whole new me. One of the best decisions I made.

I was asked by a fellow realself member if weight loss effected my breasts. Now that I think about it I think they would be more filled out on the top if I didn't loose ant weight. Fuller boobs or 35lbs?? Totally go with the 35 lbs lost!!

Great results! Enjoy the new you!!
Thank you!
I am. For sure. My back feels better. I'm more self confident. If anyone is on the fence about this I say do it now!! Don't wait ant longer!! Wish everyone nothing but good things.

Almost 5 Month update.

1 week from being 5 months post operation. Plus a 30lb weight loss.
I went to Kohls and tried on a whole bunch of bras. Different brands. Different sizes. It came down to a 36C. Which I was happy about. Maybe a larger C. But still a C
I have some dumb tan lines. Have yet to tan my scars. Waiting a year or more. I have not used any lotions or scar cream. I'm waiting to see what my body does on its own first.

Looking really great! Thank you for sharing.
Thank you Very Much! And you are welcome
Wow! You definitely healed up nicely and your scarring is so minimal! I have surgery tomorrow and I hope I get lucky enough to have my boobs look the way yours turned out :) I'm going down from a 32DDD to a 32C. Thanks for sharing your journey!
Good Luck today!!
Did your weight loss affect your reduction at all? I am 15 days post op and want to lose 30 pounds
I really don't know because of the swelling vs the weight loss. I was 180 when I got my reduction and now I'm 145. So that's 35 lbs gone. That was all Post baby weight. I was 145lbs when I got pregnant about a year ago.
I can tell that they aren't full on the top. So maybe that is because of the weight loss. And not the reduction. I really don't care either way. I'm just happy that they are small. Lol.

Good luck with recovery!
are oh still active on RealSelf?
