You look amazing- I can’t wait to be 3 months out. great advice about use of arms makes total sense. Because you are numb- you have no idea that you are causing damage.

My neck and back feel so good! Seroma issues resolved now just waiting for incisions to completely heal. I wish they were smaller but I can’t complain I am happy my insurance paid for this 100%!

Correcting Large C now
they look fantastic! hope you are healing well!
Awesome results! I’m getting my reduction soon-how many ccs were removed?
Sorry for late response I am not too sure about how much was removed I can tell u I was a DD now I am a Big C , be Careful using your arms !!! T Rex arm for several weeks !!!
I’m hoping to be a C! My surgery is in less than three weeks yay!
Hello! How are you feeling now? I am also in San Diego. My surgery will be in July at Sharp Rees Stealy Outpatient facility. I e been there before and they are top of the line. I’m comfortable with the surgery process, just very freaked out about healing. Do you have any tips since you had some setbacks. I hope you are fully healed!
My recovery was so p and down! Huge tip DO NOT use your arms at all if u can avoid it, i delayed my healing because of being o active after surgery, my incisions were opening and created a seroma that burst . Just avoid anything that has to do with lifting and pulling and even brushing your hair even if you feel well. THat includes driving
Thank you, I’m preparing for that. How long was it before you could use our arms in daily activities? I have a very active job as a preschool special education teacher. I will be on summer break for the first 4 weeks but I plan on a total of 6 so I would miss the first two weeks of schools it’s not ideal but I don’t want to take any chances. Do you still follow up with Kaiser? How is the aftercare, aside from what you went through? Did you have help at home? I live alone by my mom will be here with me for the first 3 weeks. I’m just very nervous already-clenched teeth!
I would say 6 is Perfect! Don’t do much for the first 3 weeks. Just be very careful even though you feel good and feel no pain that is that in turn on numbness you will stretch your Ariola‘s out without even knowing just be very very cautious not to lift more than 5 pounds
Thank you so much!! I appreciate the answers. Luckily I still have enough time to rearrange my place so I can teach everything at waist level. Here’s to healing :)
If you don't mind me asking what insurance did you use? I'm wondering if my company will pay 100%
