I have had large breast my entire life. Meaning I was an early developed child lol. I’ve had issues with my breast for as long as I can remember. I currently suffer chronic back pain as well as neck and shoulder pain. I also suffer from hidradenitis suppurativa which I m currently getting treatment for. Having large breast that hang does not help at all whenever I have a breakout. My surgeon that will be treating my boils and cyst referred me to a plastic surgeon. I did tons of research on him and he is even a top contributor on my real self. My consultation is Nov 2nd and I am so excited.

Just want to wish you well. I am 5 weeks post op today. Considering how many women say this procedure is the best thing they have ever done, then go for it!

I met with Dr. Cabbabe on Nov 2nd. At St. Anthony’s Medical Center. Dr. Cabbabe went over my options with me and he also gave me his recommendation. The doctors recommendation was a free nipple graft. I had only done my research on the anchor incision and I had assumed that my nipple would still be attached based off of the way most procedures I have seen on YouTube were performed lol. He did explain to me that I would NOT have sensation in my nipples or have the ability to breast feed :(. That saddened me but I got over it quickly because my back and neck pain is quite ridiculous. He did however let me know that it solely up to me whether or not I wanted to have a free nipple graft or keep it attached. If I choose to keep the nipple attached, it is still possible I will lose sensation and lose the ability to breast feed. He recommends the free nipple graft because of the size of my breast and the way that they hang. A free nipple graft would allow me to have the best results and help with the Aesthetics. He also informed me that I could possibly lose pigmentation in my nipple. The awesome thing is if that happens, they offer tattooing in the office. Everything was submitted to my insurance on this day is well so I hope to hear a response soon.
