Yes il post them tomorrow , just wanted to see people's review on surgeons ect and showing them the type of results I would like
Looks like picture 2 and 4 have similar results is that what you wish for?
Ye any one of them shapes , I know not everyone will get them results although if I am willing to pay big I should get atleast near enough what I desire ? :)) xx

I have been looking for over a year at different...
I have been looking for over a year at different surgeons worldwide , but can't find one that reach my expectations. I am currently 34g/32gg and would like to be reduced to a DD cup. If anyone could share with me their stories or recommend a surgeon , I'm looking for my bobs to be very very very perky and firm , completely lifted and perfect looking especially for my age as I am extremely self consious about them , thanks

There are a couple I've seen and liked but the prices do vary , there is dr grant in Beverly hills , he is amazing but very expensive , there are a couple on france I like there work again prices vary , where are you from ?
You can look for doctors who had patients with results like these, but ultimately it depends on a lot, so this result is not guaranteed.
You have overexpectations imo, and you sound like you would do it only for cosmetic reasons- which is ok in itself- but this way in case anything goes not as expected you will have the greatest disappointment.
Even if the surgeon is skilled, how your body heals and scars matters a lot and you can't control this or know it in advance. Also you said 'very' too many times- if the doctor would do this- it means you would have A LOT of tension on the skin- it essentially means he must keep more tissue inside and stretch the skin on the outside- factor in how swollen they will be post op- aaaand you've got yourself major pain and possible problems with wound healing- increased rusk of sutures popping, wound opening etc.
Please think a lot about why you want this surgery, try and find a very good surgeon and go for it if you really wish it. But do not make this ideea in your head about perfect breasts; as you know, expectations and reality are often two very different things; you will most likely be satisfied with the results if you do it for the right reasons and if you prepare mentally for anything that could go wrong.
