You look amazing! What a wonderful outcome for you!! I hope my surgeon is as caring afterwards! I get mine done some time b4 Christmas. May I ask--do you know how much was removed in total? I'm about a 48DD and hoping to go down to a small B. Did you experience any issues with your nipples or areolas? I'm 56yrs old and had my first BR about 25 yrs ago--they grew back so I have to have the procedure done again. People think I should keep them but they're not the ones having to walk around with these behemoth things hanging out in front of them--lugging them around all day. Did you have rashes under your breasts? I do and can't wait to have that cleared up after surgery. I'm so happy for the success you experienced and pray you continue to heal! God bless :)

Kosmicgirl, thank you for the compliment! I am very happy with my results although I am sorry I keep forgetting to ask the weight removed. My doctor did give me the number of grams removed on my one week post op, but I didn't write it down. It was significantly more from the left breast, I want to say around 800 or 900 grams and a little over 500 grams on the right side? Sorry now I want to know for sure! I did have rashes under my breasts and the area of my armpits prior. Now no rashes, o shoulder and neck pain r stiffness I am about a solid B cup. My surgeon was amazing. I wish you all the best on your upcoming surgery!

ksalmon-your welcome! I believe in encouraging others after surgery because us ladies need all the good vibes we can get, right!? If you convert your grams removed into pounds you will know approximately how much you had removed. I had over five pounds of tissue removed in my first BR. I'm hoping to have the same amount if not more removed this second time around. I'm happy to hear you have no rashes and no stiffness! I'm looking forward to no more headaches, back aches, etc and to finally be free to move without discomfort.
Good luck with your new girls and take care!

Still happy I had this procedure. Yes, the left breast looks traumatic, yes I will have to doctor this wound for three months and yes I will have a doozy of a scar. All in all, I am very satisfied with my BR results. I felt compelled to share that Dr. Honeycutt is very sorry this happened and will see me through this. I feel like she accepts some responsibility for the outcome, but I was very much aware of the fact there are no guarantees in how the breasts will heal and what complications may arise. I haven't shared with my PS yet my thoughts, but I will at my follow up in August. If you read all my posts you know I suffered a really bad infection from a cat bite a little over a month prior to my surgery. I kept my PS up to date on all my treatment and facts regarding the cat bite and when it came time for my surgery the infection had cleared and we went ahead with surgery. What I did not share with my PS is how I felt that the cat bite infection really took a toll on me and that I had considered postponing my BR procedure. She did say at one point it was no problem to postpone, but I think I anted so bad and felt like I had already "waited" so long for this I thought I would be fine. I don't know if the prior infection had anything to do with it or not, my point is trust your gut and don't be afraid to speak up and share ANY AND ALL concerns with your surgeon. Dr. Honeycutt is a true professional and I share this for all those brave women considering this procedure to know a good surgeon will always make things right, we are all human and hind sight is 20 / 20. My next post will be in October and I hope to share pictures of my complete healing and recovery. All the best and God is good!

Our height, weight, breast size and uneveness are almost identical.
I also have the same issue under my left breast. It was a blister looking thing, after it popped it has left a thick brown scab and it is still alittle pink in the surrounding area. Ive been using the cream the ps gave me, but it really doesnt look any better or worse. How long did your scab last. My surgery was 3 weeks ago.
