Wanted To Be A Small C Cup and I Ended Up With DD/DDD

I had a breast reduction 10 months ago. At first I was okay with the size and thought the swelling and everything would go down. I wanted to be a small C cup and I ended up with DD/DDD depending on the brand of bras. I am 5’3 and have a small frame and was a G or H cup before the surgery I truly didn’t know the size of bra I had worn before the surgery. I am still have severe back and neck pain and numbness/tingling throughout my arms. I want smaller breasts and unhappy with the results. I am still having troubles with the same tasks that I was doing before my surgery. I want another surgery but unsure if insurance will cover it again.
