Admitted to hospital with sepsis originating from hematoma in breast

Worst Choice of my Life
I started looking for a reputable plastic surgeon on this website and found positive reviews regarding this plastic surgeon
After considerable hesitancy decided to go ahead with the procedure in Delhi
I met with Dr Gupta and his secretary it all seemed above board.
Surgery was scheduled for the Saturday
I had the recommended pre-op checks attended
The day of the procedure I was admitted to hospital and met with Dr Gupta to have my markings attended
All good so far!!
In recovery I experienced sudden onset of extreme pain in my L breast, this I later learner was due to a bleed into my breast causing extreme bruising and a haematoma formation.
Post op care in the ward was non existent, no nurses came near me for well over 3 hours , my requests for an antiemetic and pain relief went unanswered.
I was discharged later in the day with no pain relief antibiotics or nausea medication
I am a nurse of 40 years and have never in my life had such abysmal post op care.
Follow up with Dr Gupta occurred on the Monday and the Thursday.He seemed happy with my progress despite the large area of swelling ,reassured me all would be well.
I flew to Bangkok on the Friday and became extremely unwell , experiencing symptoms such as nausea ,rigors ,night sweats lethargy, and high temperature.
I decided to fly back to Australia immediately
I was admitted to hospital with sepsis originating from the haemotoma in my L breast .
When I contacted Dr Gupta via WhatsApp he assured me it was not an infection and I would be fine.
I spent over 11 days in hospital , had 4 operations on my L breast , intensive antibiotic treatment , I am currently almost 4 weeks post op and still under the care of the plastics team at my hospital and unable to work.
Dr Gupta has since blocked me on his Instagram account and I have no apology from him at all.
My L breast is deformed , I have scars and ongoing issues.
I would not recommend this Dr and would not recommend going to India for anything at all . Although the hospital looks very modern , their standard of care and hygiene is substandard.The bacterial isolates from my wound originates from contaminated water ,which I assume I got whilst showering in Delhi.
