5 Star Expectations Met

Procedure: Implant replacement and breast reconstruction/revision/reduction and Lipo 360.

My experience was great; starting with my initial conversation with the coordinator Ahmed, airport shuttle, hotel accommodations, meeting in person with the Dr and personnel, the day of surgery, post op care and farewell. Dr. Polat is everything I've researched and expected about him and much more. He's very genuine, kind and a true professional. I was very impressed how attentive and involved the medial/care team was. I felt safe and cared for.

I traveled with my friend, who also had multiple procedures with Dr. Polat. We were both scheduled the same day; one after the other, rooms were side by side. We went thru our recovery together, visited each other. After care nurses that visited our hotel rooms were also very caring and professional. They did everything to ease our recovery. Once back home, the texted post op weekly checkins are a very nice touch!

I'm 6 weeks post op, continuing with my massages, scar gel and drinking water. I feel better daily and already see amazing results. Thank you Dr. Polat and the entire Care Team!
