I went totally sad because my last plastic surgeon did expanders with me and they only lasted 2 refills. Last refill she was carelless and damaged the port and insert a needle deflating the expander. I reached 1200cc but i wasnt happy. Too big. There was no hope and i spent a lot of money in those expanders. My option was to pay more for another expander risking me to pay even more if she also poked the other. So i decided to find something else. I found that Nip Tuck clinic where he was. He treat me really good he understanded me and they didnt charge me a fortune for the procedure. The pockets where big enough and they place a beautiful 1000 cc that looks very natural and me and my husband we loved it. Although i dont recomned breast Xl augmentation to anyone. (please dont) i do recommend the expertise of Dr Witterborn and also he is not greedy about money as others. You still find low profile excellent plastic surgeons withouth greed for money.
