I am feel great. Just waiting for these scabs to heal. I got the stitches out yesterday. Once the scabs are completely gone and closed I can start the scar strips. I started working out again and I have no pain with it. I am a 34 C.

Mine are so sore 11 days in. The underneath incision is the worst. When does it start to feel better. It feels like sunburn

I never had any pain with my incisions. I did feel like I was sore like I just did a chest workout. Maybe mention the pain to your doctor? Maybe it's getting infected? I have been taking a supplement called woundvite you can get it off Amazon and it's suppose to help with post surgery healing so maybe that's why I never got any pain. I do know everyone heals differently so just listen to your body. I hope you start feeling better soon!

Thanks so much. It just gets sore as the day goes on, like just underneath. It stings, like sunburn. Ill mention it at next appointment. Ill get those tabs too

Yeah it could be from being so swollen too. I would be busting out of the surgical bra by the end of the day. It does get better I promise! I am lifting weights and running just fine now with no pain! I am doing the scar strip therapy and everything is looking great! I was very bruised around week two.

I did at about the 4 week mark. And at night I am not wearing one now. It's amazing because I never thought I would want them out of a bra after surgery. I am about 8 weeks post surgery. I will probably take some pictures to update how they are doing. I am just doing nightly silicone strips and massaging the scar.

Feeling really good. Starting to get feeling back in my chest. Bruising is going down. Loving my results so far. I go back to the doctor on Wednesday, to hopefully get the stitches out.

You look amazing. I am having my uplift on the 18th. I opted for no implant and was struggling with my decision until i saw yours. What size were u before? And now?

Thank you! I was 34 C before and I am a 34 C now. I am very happy with my results. I am going to the doctor tomorrow (pending weather) to start scar therapy and I will post updated pictures. Tomorrow marks one month since I have had this surgery. I am happy I didn't get implants. I was like you struggling if they would be a good size and my doctor exceeded my expectations and I am in love with them. They are so perky and looking better everyday!

One week post op

My family ended up getting covid so my post op appointment isn’t until next week. Lots of bruising but they said all is normal. I am feeling great still. I am able to lift my arms over my head now.
