Breast Lift Without Implants

WORTH IT$12,000
I'm officially two weeks post op today! This has by far exceeded my expectations. Dr. Horndeski's skill and attention to detail is fantastic.
I wanted a breast lift and upper fullness without implants. I am a amateur bodybuilder (soon to be pro) and recently lost 25LBS. My weight has always fluctuated and my breast size as a result has as well.
I've always felt the need to wear a push up bra because my upper chest was always flat. I had enough breast tissue to fill the bra but always spilled out and had to stuff my loose skin into the bra.
I found this Dr. Just like all of you on this app and I'm so glad I did.
I reached out to get a tele-health consultation which his team is very quick d responsive.
He answered all my questions up front and through email. After my decision was made I paid my deposit (3k) to secure my date.
A month or so before surgery you'll receive your surgery packet which gives you all the information you need about where to stay, needing help post surgery (my husband came with me but you can hire a nurse) , medications, dos and donts, where the surgery will take place and frequently asked questions.
Post surgery was very challenging to move but having my husband there was the best because he loved being able to take care of me (dressing, feeding, bathing, using the bathroom etc.)
I still feel some discomfort moving (chest tightness when picking things up or walking briskly) but I only use the pain medicine to sleep now.
I tried my best to keep the Breast dry which is why you can see a lot of scabs but I'll take weekly pictures from here on out so you can see the healing process.
My cup size was a 36DD prior to surgery. I'm currently wearing a 34/36 DDD Post surgery because this feels the best.
I was having discomfort in my right arm when I wore the DD but that's significantly reduced since wearing the DDD.
I'll update you as times goes on, swelling reduces and the breasts drop into position.
Please ask me any question you have in case I've left anything out

1 month Post op

I’m currently 1 month post op. Pain has significantly reduced. I no longer feel tightness just from walking or doing basic movements with my arms.
I started to feel some “shock” like sensations last week. A friend of mine told me that’s normal and due to the nerves healing and reconnecting.
I have full feeling of both nipples (my husband is convinced they got put on backwards during surgery lol). I would even say I have a lot of sensitivity. I’ll keep you posted in 2 weeks on how that progresses
I am 24 weeks out from my next bodybuilding show, so I’ll also let you know how they change with exercise and weight loss.
Let me know if you have any specific questions I can answer

Thank you so much and definitely the your time. I was very uncomfortable with my breasts pretty much my entire life so I felt like anything would make me feel better than I felt but it is expensive so definitely take all the time you need to be sure it worth it for you. Even as a trainer I knew I couldn't improve the look of them without surgery

They’re becoming softer and starting to move more naturally.
Nipples less sensitive than before.
The discomfort in my right arm is still there but significantly reduced. I only notice it because I’m very aware of changes in my body no matter how small

You made the best choice with the Bellesoma method. Just had my breast lift in December 2021 and I couldn’t be more happier with Dr. Horndeski's work. Can't wait to post my 4 month post opt photos.
