Breast Complications Following Breast Lift with Implants

I am extremely worried about the appearance and health of my breast. I received a breast reduction with 300 cc implants on 4/18. I’m not sure if my breast are supposed to look like this. However, I could use advice and help from anyone at this point. I have reached out to the surgeon’s PA who keeps assuring me that everything looks ok.
My problem list is below
* skin loss on areola
* Asymmetry right breast
* Unevenness right breast at bottom
* dark blue/black discoloration on right breast near incision
* Lack of cleavage
* Pain in right breast
* Discoloration on right breast
*partial skin loss on areola edges
I need someone to help me. I keep getting brushed off by the surgical team. I would like to keep the surgeon anonymous because I am not trying to bash anyone. I would just like some help to know what steps to take next.

I had a BL and BA on April 26, 10 days ago. I don't think what is happening to you is normal BUT I could be wrong. I'm going to attach my post op pics 495cc high profile Sientra. If I can't get the pics to attach please message me, and I'll try another way to send pics
I just recently had my implants removed, which were 300 CC. The one breast just did not look right, so I went to surgeon who put them in, just shy of 10 years ago. Good thing I did, the breast that did not look right, had ruptured. Scary!!!
So, I elected to have a breast lift without implants, and I must say, they look fabulous, and am so happy that I am able to go braless!
You are really in the early stages of healing. You will experience different things over the next few months. I have a review (4+ years) of posts after my BL/BA. I too had healing issues as well. I had openings at my T junction and slightly below the nipple. My PS gave me Bactroban to close the wounds. Hope this helps, take care. Happy continued healing.
