Breast lift on small breasts, no implants

Haven’t posted in a while, but recovery has been perfect. I am 100% back to my regular activities, including high impact cardio and weight lifting, and everything feels great. I have the smallest stitch on my nipple that has still not closed over but I expect it to in the next few days. I love how I no longer have to wear a bra and be confident in clothes, that is the biggest life change for me. I do wish my upper pole was a bit fuller and I notice in certain positions that my breasts seem a little bottom heavy. I’m not sure if this bothers me enough to consider implants, I would much rather try fat transfer but my surgeon does not perform this procedure. If he did I would book it tomorrow, but he’d mentioned he does not find those results consistent or reliable as reasons for not offering this service. He wants me to wait until the 6 month mark to talk about potential augmentation options, I’m assuming that is because they still may be settling into their final shape/position. Overall though I am extremely pleased with my results, this surgery genuinely has changed my life for the better. Will continue to update!

Just wanted to update that all is well and I’m loving my results so far. I had a small infection develop under one breast but I went on a round of antibiotics and it’s pretty much all cleared up. I’m really missing exercise and it’s been hard to not hold my kids, I’m looking forward to being cleared to do more stuff by the six week mark. Also really missing baths, but I no longer have to wear the compression bra so that’s a big win!
