my nipples are too high

I’m 21 and almost 6mpo. I think my nipples are too high and it’s hard to get used to. Im always worried about them popping out in the wrong outfit. Also the scars are so long it’s really messing with my self esteem and I don’t know if they’ll ever heal nicely. If my nipples were placed lower the scars would probably be shorter too. When I push my breasts together for example it feels like it’s all scars.

I have another post op appointment in a couple of weeks and I haven’t expressed any dissatisfaction or concerns to my surgeon about everything. I don’t know if anything can be done about this or if it will look better over time. Any input would be so greatly appreciated. Thank you
