Breast lift/reduction, no implants

I've always had genetically saggy boobs like this I hated how they looked and it was always super hard for me to get intimate with someone. Was also insecure about how big my nipples were I personally didn't like it.

I got this surgery because I've genetically always had saggy boobs I felt super insecure and I had bigger nipples which I didn't like. I did lots of research and I feel confident about my decision. I am 22 and 154 pounds.
