They look amazing love! My boobs look like your before mine are so flat I just want a lift to make them perkier. I don’t want implants. May I ask what size were your boobs before the lift and what size are they now? I was a b cup before my daughter now they got bigger but sag so I’m a C. I’m unsure if my boobs will go back to a b cup when I get the lift.

I'm happy with them, just using scar cream religiously!! But I went from a c to probably a b. I stopped caring when I had to admit that most of my bras were padded. I probably was a real b lol

I like how perky they are, my scars in the folds are healing nicely. I’ve started using creams and scar away for the scars near the areolas.

if u like what u see u should just keep the lift and don't do the implants ... my breast were similar and I did the lift and over the muscle with a lift and my 1st dr gave me too big of implants... 1yr later went with another dr. to have them removed and placed smaller ones this time under the muscle and from 485cc to 285cc with a lift... they just look too big and saggy...now its been almost 2 yrs and u want them removed immediately. 1 should of gone with just a lift...2 didn't like how they look.3 health complications like Breast implant illness which I wished I would have done more research on it.... im getting them removed in Feb 2021... can't wait... so if u like them which they look so nice ...leave them alone, happy and healthy... good luck

Breast lift

After breastfeeding 3 kids, my breast were really flat and lifeless. So I wanted lifts with an implants. So I went to see Dr Ary Krau. My consultation was virtual, they FaceTimed me and everything went well. I told him my concerns, and how I wanted implants with a lift. He told me because of my nipple placement, which is very low, my surgery would be best in 2 stages. Lift now, implants 6 months later. So I decided to pay my deposit hoping he would just give me what I wanted lol.
I flew in for my surgery and once he saw me in person, he still suggested a 2stage surgery. He was sincere with his reasoning and said, "I would suggest this to my sister or cousin...You breast needs to look their best, minimal scarring, lower the risk of blood loss, etc"
This was all because of nipple placement. I felt he new best and not out "to make money". I felt his reputation meant more than money.
Overall, I'm happy with my lift... and who knows, I may not go back for my implants after all.

Every experience is different and I believe people should have all the information before deciding because I wan't properly informed. Implants come with a lot more risks than is usually discussed at the doctors office. Search "FDA breast implants" and see the document titled "What to know about breast implants" for a brief summary. The FDA states that they are NOT lifetime devices. There will be significant costs for any future surgeries. One thing not usually mentioned is the toll they can take on your back, shoulders, and neck over time. So far the outcome of your lift looks great! I hope you are pleased with the lift and do not go back for implants.

Thank u very much, did u have saline or silicone?
May 16, 2020
My review has all the details in my first post from Oct.2019. I had Mentor round 325cc saline over-filled to 360cc. I felt safer with saline because you are more likely to know if they leak/rupture since they will deflate. I was also afraid of the silicone leaking into my chest cavity and having to be scraped out. I did not know about capsules developing at the time. Somehow, I think they do lose volume over time or deform because I could feel ripples after a few years and was starting to be able to see the edge of one in my cleavage area after about 20 years. Over time the extra weight on my chest caused back and shoulder problems. I could not do any proper exercises because the bounce was too much and I couldn't stand wearing super constricting bras. For me, I felt they were starting to look matronly as I got older, even though I'm only 45. At the time I got them, I was told they could last a lifetime, which is now not believed to be true. The older they get, the closer you are to the day they will rupture or cause a complication or illness. I don't know how/why, but from my experience and research the silicone filled implants usually cause a thicker capsule to build around them. The capsule is the body protecting you from the chemicals and silicone. My capsules were paper thin and I did not have any capsular contracture. Unfortunately, no matter what type you get or where they are placed, they cause changes to the surrounding tissue which may lead to disfigurement if you have complications and/or decide to explant at some point in the future. I never really considered the future costs at the time I put them in. It cost me a lot of money to have them removed with a total capsulectomy and lift. Money I didn't have but took a loan because my peace of mind and future health are worth any amount of money. If you decide to get implants, I would recommend to lean toward the smaller end of whatever size range you are considering. I would advise against any type of textured implant because of the extra risks and banning of them in so many countries. I was about a 34B before, so I had a decent amount of natural tissue around them, plus they were sub muscular, so they felt pretty soft overall, not like rocks as some people report.

20 years is a long time to have them in. You are right, anyone who has implants basically needs to come to terms with the fact that they will need to have them replaced sometime after 10 years and sooner if something happens like leaking or rupturing, capsular contracture etc.

I think your breasts look great w/o implants. If your looking to be much larger than I'd say go for it. However I will agree with the comment above, do your research about BII (breast implant illness). 3 months shy of being 2 ypo, I started losing my hair (several reviews), increased joint pain, brain fog, vertigo, breast tenderness & lumps in my lymph nodes. These are just a few symptoms amongst others I deal with. My hormone & thyroid levels have been checked and all are good. There is no other explanation to all these issues. Allow your breasts to heal and re-evaluate later. Happy continued healing dear. Please continue to post updated pics. :-)

They look good, but my end goal is size. I think I went from a c cup to a b cup. I would like volume as well. I'm considering saline implants because supposedly they are safer. I still have time to reconsider. But I know myself, and my preferences. I've considered the risk.

Saline are not safer bc they have silicone shells. A lot of ladies have found mold in their implants upon removal. There are many groups on FB that confirm this. They all aren't safe since they're foreign people objects. I never knew much about the illnesses (BII) until after I had implants. If your looking for volume then by all means get the implants. Remember you may have to replace them in 10 yrs or so. I wouldn't recommend the Ideal bc I know many that had to replace them multiple times. There's a girl on here KTR12 whom replaced them twice in less than 6-8 months. Good luck.

You literally have my dream breasts now! I would implore you NOT to get implants! I had a breast enlargement 8 years ago and had no complications but one was always slightly lower and since having my 2 kids they have sagged quite a bit so I'm now going to have a removal and lift. Your breasts look fantastic! I would be over the moon to have this outcome and I definitely don't think you need implants at all!! When I got mine I also didn't think about longevity and how they would need replacing every decade to avoid complications. Totally not worth it! I hope you're happy... I feel like I should take your pics to show my surgeon!

Do you think saline is safer? I've considered saline over silicone?
May 16, 2020
I have silicone which is felt were safer because they seemed more durable (!) and less likely to rupture. I also chose to have textured implants as at the time they
were supposedly safer but they have now been linked to a rare cancer. If I could go back and change things I wouldn't have had them put in... But if you are totally certain on going ahead with implants then I would advise you not to go too big. I have 365 in one and 325 in the other and I was a small B cup before without even a crease under my breast. Now I feel they have sagged significantly and all the silly things my friends with big boobs complained about that I thought were lies just to make me and my flat chest feel better are actually true - harder to exercise, sweaty underboob in Summer, not being able to wear cute unsupportive bras. Also when I had them I paid £3500 and to get them removed and lifted 8 years later is £7500!!!!! What a joke! So be aware of surgery inflation costs because you will 100% need a revision surgery in the future. They are not for life! I would have also got them placed under the muscle and had a lower profile implant. I would still have chosen a round implant though because tear drops are supposedly more prone to complications. But again, I honestly don't think you need them! I would be overjoyed at the outcome of your surgery!
