Breast lift scars: Update

Can I have some advice for scar treatment? my scars are still healing since my surgery this past October. I had an anchor lift. I'm fairly happy with the results just some of my scars below are a little raised.. I massage them daily. Also, aesthetically my doctor said he really couldn't get my lift any higher. Do they appear perky?

I had a breast lift done in October. I wanted some advice about scarring.. I have some rather raised scars, I use oils daily. What is your best recommendations for healing the scars? also, looking for feedback! do they look perky enough?

Mederma is the best scar cream. I have used on my eyes and burnt skin as well
My mother used BioOil on her scars and they have flattened and lightened tremendously! But I agree, your beast do look great!
Silicone scar sheets are the best! You put them on at night and then silicone gel in day
The sheets are reusable as can be washed weekly
