I'm not satisfied with my breast lift

Dr. karllinsky is an gem extremely nice and her follow is amazing !
However I'm not satisfied with my breast lift , nipples are a bit to high .
I'm not able to wear any low cut blouses or dresses without my nipples being exposed.
I did contact her in regards to this matter which she felt there were in the correct placement and would be a bit difficult to bring nipple lower .
I'm not willing to move forward if the doctor dosen't see what I see and we all have our own aesthetic doctor or patient.
Overall I do recommend Dr. Karlinksy ,just not for a breast lift in my opinion.
