Anchor breast lift w/o implants update, a faint pink scar but loving results!
WORTH IT
It's been over a year since I had my breast lift with an anchor scar without implants. There is still a faint pink scar but I am loving my results! When I used to lay on my back my nipple faces opposite directions and they are finally normal now! Thank you so much Dr. Richards you really changed my life.

Amazing results and appreciate the one year post op photo because that's what is a really important milestone. I am two weeks post op, just got the tape off today with Dr. Richards. I am 63 years old with the breasts of a 21 year old and I'm just amazed. My surgery was birth the same style of lift as yours but I did include an augmentation as I was not nearly as naturally endowed as you, you clearly didn't need any and you look perfect. Anyone thinking about this procedure and who they can trust I have to say Dr. Bryson Richards and his team are phenomenal. He must have 10's of 1000's by now, idk but he is a very busy working surgeon with his own hospital affiliated surgical facilities and wonderful professionals, his anesthesiologist Dr. Bowman and his NP I think her name is Alisha I was pretty drugged by the time I met her but she was amazing too. They know their business and have it down to a science where you know you are in great hands. I'm so impressed with my results so far, of course the scars are scary but I know in time I won't even notice them. The shape and placement are more than I could have hoped for especially for a woman my age but I feel great and I wanted to look how I feel. Never forget whomever might be reading this, Diana Nyad swam from Cuba to Florida at 65 years of age. Don't give up. To penguin1666, thank you for your review and photos Really showcase his great work. I can't believe he has 7 children also. I waited two years for him, that's how booked he was, and I'm so happy I did.

Breast Lift- No implants 20 years old
Dr. Richards is truly amazing I am so grateful he has given me my confidence back. I'm only 6 days post op but I can already tell this is going to change my life. I was deciding between either a lift with implants or just a lift and Dr. Richards helped discuss what was best for me. I still may add implants in the future with him once I'm fully healed and see how I like the look. Misty is the sweetest person ever she was able to work with my schedule since I'm a full time student and I'm so appreciative of her.
I have always had boobs that face different directions and my left areola has been larger than my right but my boobs used to be perky. However 2 years ago I got an IUD for birth control and I went from a 32D to a 32DDD in just a few months. The IUD gave me many complications and I had to get it surgically removed. When I did my breasts shrunk back to around their original size and were now saggy. I felt extremely insecure and felt like I couldn't wear anything without a bra. I also noticed that I could physically pull the extra skin left behind since there was so much.
I found Dr. Richards through a youtube video of a girl named Ebby Ziegler and her results were amazing. I immediately knew I wanted Dr. Richards to be my surgeon when I looked at all of his amazing reviews. However his wait list was long since he's so sought after so I researched doctors for about 6 months and had a local consultation where I was quoted $18,000 just for the lift with no implants. I live in Los Angeles so the cost of living is much higher out here but I'm a college student so that was by far out of my budget. I decided it was worth it to wait for him since he is an artist and it was much more appropriately priced.
I'm so happy with my decision to go through with the surgery and thank you Dr. Richards for changing my life!

Looking forward to updates pics if you end up sharing more. You looks SO amazing so far. Truly beautiful work it looks like and so amazingly full and at such a beautiful height with a lift only. Wow!
