Stuck with uneven breasts, one is slightly bigger than the other

Dr. Krau is pure Instagram hype! I had my surgery a month ago and i am stuck with uneven breasts, one is slightly bigger than the other.. In addition, i had superficial necrosis around my areolas, but thankfully it healed quickly. My areolas are definitely not symmetrical, they are super flat and I cant feel a thing . They are shaped different and the left one is not centered. I haven't reached out to the office to complain about any of these issues because they don't give a da** so i am not wasting my time. I spent 8k thinking i was going to the "best" however he is far from that. its all Instagram publicity . I met someone at his office who had their lift done 2 days prior to mines and she is also unhappy . She also has uneven areolas and necrosis.
The office staff is not friendly or welcoming . Dr. Krau was nice I did not experience his snotty attitude as most have mentioned. He saw me a week before surgery but I had to wait an hour SMH! The office never followed up with me to book my pre ops i had to reach out several times. They had me trying to figure out where i was going to get my labs and a echocardiogram i did not even need.
The office does not assist you in selecting a size at all, you are on your own. I know they do this because patients tend to blame the doctor if the size is not what they expected however some guidance and opinions would be helpful.
The anesthesiologist was very nice one of the friendliest there, but he pricked me like 5 times before finally finding the vein.
Please do your research, look at reviews on realself all i can say is i am lucky compared to other women.
