Breast lift with mini reduction, very happy with the shape and look

I had relatively large breasts, 34D sometimes DD, and wanted them smaller as well as perkier. My reasons are basically the same as most women's... pain in the shoulders/neck/back, hard to find clothes, can't wear strapless bras or any dresses without a bra, can't workout without heavy duty bras, etc. I've wanted a reduction/lift for over a decade but was nervous, didn't have the $ or time to recover, etc. Everything finally lined up in 2021 and after going to several consultations with different surgeons, I found Dr. Lincenberg and chose him as my surgeon, and I couldn't be happier. After about 1 month I was off all pain meds. I'm very happy with the shape and look, and the scars are normal looking and will eventually fade as long as I consistently apply scar gel. Probably my favorite part so far has been the ability to wear cute dresses/tops with no bra. Many women take that for granted, but I never will. Any surgery can be really scary, so it's important to find a doctor and practice who understands that and compassionately walks you through the entire process.
