Botched - they disregarded my concerns and stopped responding

Botched! STAY AWAY
I had a breast lift and augmentation at clinic mono.
2.5 weeks later it appeared that my sutures were dissolving.
At 4 weeks today, I have wound dehiscence on my right breast measured at 1.5 inches, my breast isn’t connecting to my areola. As to my left breasts I’m left with holes all around the areola area.
As soon as there was puss coming out of stitches I reached out to the clinic and was told it’s normal. I sent pictures of my areola not attaching and completely separating, I was once again told that “it’s only been 1 month and that it’s normal healing process “.
I’ve been in touch with the after care but they disregarded my concerns and stopped responding - Emrah.
