Absolutely Wonderful Experience from Start to Finish
Dr. Michael Kreidstein and his whole team are simply wonderful.
When you first arrive at Dr. Kreistein's office you are met by his office staff. I had the pleasure of meeting Julie and Deanne; kind professional, and very outgoing. They were both so helpful with scheduling appointments, responding to emails, and checking in on you after your procedure.
Dr. Michael Kreidstein, WOW. He was phenomenal. So intelligent, extremely experienced, and very professional. He made me feel comfortable during the appointment and reassured me I would have the results I wanted, and let me tell you, he exceeded them beyond measure. I have never felt so confident in my own skin. He is kind, empathetic, and very reassuring. His office was immaculate, well organized, and I really enjoyed that they did their surgeries in the office. It's more personable and you truly receive 1:1 care every step of the way.
To the Nurses and the Anesthetist, that I met prior to my procedure on the day of - they were incredible. I was definitely a little anxious (naturally) and they calmed all my pre-surgery jitters. They answered all of my questions thoroughly and really took their time to make this the best experience.
I absolutely recommend Dr. Kreidstein and his team!
