I’m in love. I think they’ve settled into their final position and they look so perfect. I couldn’t be happier. I had a few minor concerns during month 2 post op. In regards to sutures healing but Dr Gokhan’ team responded to my questions promptly and reassured me it was part of the healing process. I’m so grateful and will be sending everyone his way. He’s not just a plastic surgeon, he’s truly an artist who goes above and beyond for patients in his care.

Breast uplift and implant - Dr Gokhan Haytoglu
Weight fluctuation over the years and 20kg weight loss resulted in volume loss and sagging of my breasts
Current stats:
Weight: 65kg
Height: 164cm
Breast implant: 450cc motiva round high profile
Previous size: deflated 34 C-D
I decided to undergo this procedure because my breasts looked deflated due to major weight fluctuation and loss over the years which resulted in sagging and volume loss, especially in the upper pole region.
Before booking with Doctor Gokhan, I'd spent a considerable amount of time researching, reading patient reviews and shortlisting surgeons that I believed would be able to deliver the results I was looking for. My main concern was the uplift. Seeing so many other patients stories and pictures really threw me off. I would even go as far as saying that I've seen more bad than good results here on real self on mastopexy reviews. Finding a surgeon who was experienced and had an "artistic" approach was paramount in making my decision with the doctor I'd go with. Minimal scarring, nipple symmetry and the overall shape of breasts were very important to me.
I'm 4 days post-op. Still quite swollen but so far I'm absolutely in love with the results. Dr Gokhan's job has exceeded my expectations and I'm so happy and relieved to know that I made the best decision by choosing him. I highly recommend him if you're looking for this procedure and you're a perfectionist like myself, he's truly a world-class doctor. I will keep posting pictures throughout my healing journey.
