4 Weeks Post-Op Breast Lift + 360cc Implants — Hoping They Settle Fuller

started with a saggy C cup after breastfeeding and knew going into surgery that I wanted a noticeably fuller, larger breast. My original preference was somewhere around 400–450cc because I wanted a bigger, rounder look with more upper-pole fullness.
My surgeon ultimately recommended against going that large and chose 360cc silicone implants under the muscle with a breast lift. He explained that because I was having a lift at the same time, he was concerned that using a larger implant could put more tension on the breast and potentially increase the risk of problems with nipple sensation, so I agreed to the smaller size.
I am now about 4 weeks post-op. I know this is still very early, but emotionally it has been hard because some days I feel like they look smaller than I hoped for. One breast is also sitting higher than the other, and at times the shape looks flatter, elongated, or a little boxy instead of the big, round look I originally wanted.
They have looked fuller on certain days, especially earlier in recovery, so I’m trying not to judge the final result yet. I know swelling is changing, the implants are still settling, and the tissues still need time to soften and drop and fluff.
My main hope over the next few months is that they become rounder, fuller through the lower and center portion of the breast, more projected, and more symmetrical. I plan to continue updating this review through the 6-week, 2-month, 3-month, and later stages so I can document how much the size and shape change during healing.
