So Excited!!! I just booked my surgery for Dec 24th at 5:30 am. They were able to get me in much earlier than expected and just in time as a little X mas present. He came highly recommended by every Mill Valley mom I talk to about any sort or treatment or surgery. Michelle is amazing right off the batt. I met Dr. Khashayar Mohebali right away and he explained everything about the angles we were dealing with in my profile and immediately was able to show me why I could use a lift as well as an implant. My mom was also with me and agreed, I'm probably in level 2 ptosis meaning that my nipple is a little lover than my crease. Then we explored implant types, I chose the gummy hybrid because i need to fill out my upper breast since that is where I lost most of the weight. My goal is to be somewhere between a D and DD. have some room in between them, and also not get to wide. Still I need to fill above to achieve that cleavage look without pushing my boobs up artificially. I plan on them looking rather natural(its natural for me because I'm 5'5" and am pretty curvy already (with a push up I'm usually at a d+, but i only wear it because if not the look a little low.) I'm splitting hairs here. At the end of my consultation I added some lipo to the armpit area because I feel it will make a tremendous difference.
******little bit about my procedure:
I had very full C's growing up ...like since 8th grade. I am 29 at the moment. After gaining weight two years ago I am finally back to my normal weight of 135. Unfortunately my recently full, swollen D breasts (from weight gain and a slight hormonal imbalance) were not longer D's but sadder C's. (see pics) They aren't bad, I like the peachy/TearDrop Shape, but i have Grade 1 or 2 ptosis. I like my nipple size, but I hate the lines in the middle of my chest that form when I don't have enough support in a bra or bathing suit. They stretched out and I'm missing volume on the top. Also they make me look like I have worse posture than I do, and I hate how that looks(and hearing my mom call me out about bad posture when its just my boobies that are an inch or 2 lower than she thinks LOL). I plan on having children in 3-4 years, I wore a push up bra for most of my years and I do think that it could be one of the reasons why I lost some volume as well.
The procedure is
SO WE DECIDED....
Procedure:
Breast Lift with Implants (375CC M+) The silicone gummy mix.
Armpit Fat Removal/Lipo

Alright so, first I would like to apologize for all of the typos on my original post! Now for an update my first attachment is a pre op photo of me in the OR. Dr. Mohebali came in himself and drew a line down the center of my chest went over some of the results and just what I should be expecting and just kind of ease me into it from there I went straight into the operating room and I literally close my eyes and woke back up and was done with my surgery. It was really comforting because the nurses we’re all telling me how great Dr. Mohebali is and what a great job he does before hand so that really used to be into it. literally as I came home that day(my surgery was at 5:30 am which I loved. I was surprisingly fine right after the surgery(see video) One thing that really helped was my fiancé who took a bed sheet and put it over the couch so that I could hang out there. We just got a puppy too so it was a little scary knowing that my dog who typically jumps up would have to learn pretty quickly do not jump up on me at all. Immediately after my surgery I could feel a release of pressure and weight. Before I had dears that would get really swollen I think it had something to do with the unequally distributed weight over the bottom of my breast.

Ok so immediately I felt pretty good(same day, sorry I’m posting a day or 2 after). I forgot to mention that I requested some lipo for my underarm area as well so that has definitely contributed to some stiffness and a tiny bit of discomfort. One hack we utilized was putting a bed sheet on the couch(I have a puppy so it helped let her know that that is my spot) it also keeps it clean. I cold immediately feel less pressure on my breasts with more structure and firmness. I have no idea where my nipples are! LOL no feeling as of now. I slept great! My breasts were swollen the day of surgery (but e sized them before) so this procedure was meant to lift but maintain my shape (I lost volume on the top from weight gain a year or 2 ago, so they were bottom heavy and missing volume on the top, more so at certain times of the month, so it was hard for me to commit to the procedure because sometimes they looked great and full!).
