Very unhappy

4 years out of a total breast lift with new implants. Nothing went right with this experience. I know have one creased beast and the other has a misshaped nipple. Lose, lose experience. Negative stars given

So I am 4 years out from my out from my surgery. Dr. Christop Schafer was replacing my 20 years old implants and giving me a breast lift. As our can see in this photo it was a botch . This is my left breast. My breast falls far left; out of pocket. Not only that but if you look close enough at the breast itself, about one inch down from the nipple you an see where there is a large crease, and follow down another inch and there is another crease. My breast is NOT round; not even close. Well it is on above the nipple, when you lay down it is like looking down a pair of lopsided stairs. I went to this Dr Schaefer when he was at Headons Plastic Surgery. I was there for a tummy tuck, two years later I still have a scar that is 2 inches wide. I also had liposuction on my love handles, one side looks great, the other he missed the area of concern, now I have uneven love handles. I also got a BA with an implant exchange and lift. This was my biggest disaster. My left breast has a flat bottom, he said it’s from “the shaping and contouring which took place before closure”. Sometimes tissue removal is done in a conservative manner due to concern about blood flow and is a concern when implants have been placed at the same time.” He should be able to improve the shape with a modification lift ... really, a modification, lol. My right breast has a nipple that is oval shaped and he left a Montgomery gland below the nipple which gives it a very funny appearance . He said this was caused by ‘ pigmented areola skin that used to be above the nipple was transpose below the nipple. The 2 corners have created a triangle “teardrop” shape. But he should be able to repair that also. However ladies, he wasn’t sure until he examined me again. Well let me ask you ... would you go back after three procedures came out flawed?
