Misrepresentation and lack of accountability

On March 10, 2023, I underwent extensive breast surgery at South Florida Surgery Center, involving a full breast lift and Silicone implants placed beneath my chest muscle. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by Dr. John D. Pinella's negligence and subsequent attempts to conceal his medical misconduct.
My interaction with Dr. Pinella started with a consultation, followed by pre-operative preparations and the surgery itself. I clearly communicated my desire for a full lift and 36DDD-sized Silicone implants after excess skin and tissue removal, with a preference for submuscular placement. However, upon waking from surgery, it was clear the implant size didn't match my wishes. Dr. Pinella defended his choice during the follow-up by suggesting it was more fitting and visually appealing.
My dissatisfaction prompted me to seek corrective action, and Dr. Pinella agreed to a revision within three months. However, over time, my concerns grew. Uneven nipples, keloiding, infection in scarring, and a prominent scar extending under my arm became apparent. Despite reaching out, the office provided minimal help, only addressing the infection. With no response, I had to get antibiotics from my primary physician.
Efforts to communicate with the office yielded no response, despite promises. A Facetime appointment occurred at 10 weeks instead of six, during which Dr. Pinella abruptly ended the call. A nurse was to schedule a revision but failed to contact me. The office's misinformation to Alphaeon Credit Service worsened matters, falsely suggesting resolution.
I've documented my ordeal meticulously and seek assistance to rectify this. The lack of professionalism from Dr. Pinella and South Florida Surgery Center is disheartening. I implore anyone who can help to step in.
