Too natural - sag in breasts make me uncomfortable to go without a bra

My breast are still asymmetrical however, not significant as before. I wish I was told that although I was getting a lift my breast were still going to sag to meet the clinics “natural” standard.
The current sag in my breasts make me feel uncomfortable to go without a bra that certain outfits require.
