Tubular Breasts, Augmentation, Lift and Areola Reduction

I am 33 mother of 2 and after 15 years I am finally getting breast augmentation! My surgery is set for 2 weeks from today to go from a B to D cup. I am 5'9" and weigh about 150lbs. My breasts are tubular, my left breast sags and is bigger than my right and my nipple faces downward more on it and my areloa on it is larger as well. I am getting gummy bear implants. I can't recall the exact ccs going in one vs the other. I will try and find out and update. Very excited! My family has no idea (they will not be supportive). Anyone else have that same issue?
