Terrible scars from lift

Needed a lift for sure! Got 255 implants as well. Scars are awful! My regular Dr. and Derm. Told me they are not right! Anyone else in this situation? My scars are much to thick. I looked at so many pictures, did so much research and I never came across a review that said Bad Scars!

My scars resemble yours. I had a breast lift in 2014. I had a hole from where the doctor side I popped sutures and she left it open. Now I have a circular area on my underboob that isn’t smooth and the skin is wrinkled toward the center where the skin pulled itself together. It looks better now but you can see it isn’t normal and my actual scar lines healed good. There smooth and look like white lines.

You must have lifted something you shouldn’t have or lifted your arms past your shoulder causing that. I had it also from my lift and implant in 2006. I just had a scar revision 3 weeks ago. Check out my testimony to see before pictures. You could use scar away and see if it helps... back then I didn’t have those options.

Hi, I'm curious did you keep your tape on 24/7 for the 3 months following surgery? Also do you sleep on one side? I slept on my back and wore a supportive bra 24/7 to make sure it didn't weight on my sutures during those months. I think Dr Z is the best in my opinion esp in terms of post op care. What he instructs is far beyond what any other surgeon tells you to do postop and I've seen a lot of bad breast lifts by top PS in Boston & NY in order to heal as perfectly as possible.

You really can't fault the PS for some of that. You could have spit sutures like myself and had open wounds even though my scars started out nicely. We all heal differently and can have healing issues based off genetics, diabetes, collagen disorders and/or if your a smoker etc. Just so many reasons this can happen. Your PS can revise those scars if they're that bothersome. Good luck
