Consultation review: terrible bed side manner

My consult with Dr. Polsen was far from being a positive experience. When he first walked in, no smile or hand shake. Then when he looked at my breasts, in which I have 20 yr old implants, he asked with a scowl on his face why did I go so big. I explained since I hit Menopause my breasts have grown. I initially was a small D. He then stated he was going to do a two part procedure on me and that if I didn’t like it I could find another surgeon. After I stated I needed to think about it, he stood up and stated “Ok you think about it…nice meeting you”….as he walked out the door…again no smile and no hand shake. When he left, his assistant who turned out to be his wife apologized to me for his behavior and stated she doesn’t know how he keeps his patients sometimes….and that she was going to chew him out later. I left there wondering the same thing and knowing that I would never recommend him to anyone. Since then I have found an incredible surgeon who can do my surgery as complicated as it is in ONE procedure and with some lips on my back.
