WORTH IT$7,500
Im 29 years old with no children yet my boobs look like I've breast fed a litter of kids :/ I have good and bad boob days. The girls look great right before my period & during my period; if i shake them up a little they tend to fluff lol the things we do. I've been self conscious about them for years they tend to change shape and my areolas are HUGE as you can see from the pictures. ugghh I once had an ex tell me I had grandma [RS bleep] (he thought it was funny but its stuck with me for years) Im now in a great loving relationship and my partner thought I was crazy when I mentioned wanting a lift and implants. She knew I was serious when I told her I had picked a surgeon, Dr. Ary Krau. She had many questions but ultimately understood how unhappy I was and offered to fly out with me and take care of me during my recovery... From the pictures I've seen he's an ARTIST. He does the best nipples nice and circular in comparison with other surgeons photos I've looked at. The scars also seem straight and heal well. I've already paid my $1000 deposit, and am expected to pay the remainder of my $7,500 next week (3 weeks before my scheduled surgery). Oh I'm also getting the front of my armpit lipoed, its an additional $1000. I hate wearing tank tops, spaghetti string or strapless shirts. 1 because I hate wearing strapless bras because of the constant need to fix by breasts and the second reason is because of that pocket of fat that wont budge, so I decided to include that procedure as well. In total I'll be paying $8,500. $7500 for breast lift with mentor memory gel implants as per Dr. Ary Kraus recommendation vie email. I sent all of the pictures I've included in this review and received a very quick response. I explained that I wanted a more youthful, perky and natural look. I have an in person consultation on Monday September 10th. We arrive in Miami Sunday the 9th. I will be staying for the recommended week and then I'll be flying back home. I decided to take 4 weeks off of work. I work as a waitress and I'm constantly picking heavy things up.. I decided to take as much time to heal, properly and stress free...I would like to be as healthy as possible before surgery. I've decided to stop drinking alcohol 1 month before my surgery, Im vegan so I don't include meat or cheese in my diet which cause inflammation. I want to heal as quickly as possible and would'nt want anything that Im currently doing to affect my healing process. If anyone has any pointers on what I should be doing to be at my best pleassssseeeeee let me know. Also any recommendations on products for my recovery. Anything like specific pillows, bras, front opening shirts, arnica? etc anything and everything helps! Im super excited and anxious all at the same time!!!!

Day of treatment
Day 1 post op
89jessicaSeptember 11, 2018
Day 1 post op. Surgery was scheduled for 7:45am, the office was closed to the general public, so we were the first ones there which was pretty nice. I was told to come dressed in sweat pants socks comfortable goose fitting shirt with a zipper front or buttons. Nora, Dr Kraus nurse is very nice and bubbly. I took a pregnancy test and signed a couple of documents regarding my post op recovery. After about 10 mins I was taken into one of the offices, I changed into what I would be wearing for surgery, keeping my sweats and cashmere socks on.
I met with the anesthesiologist, who went over my medical record and explained step by step what would happen. In the moments leading up to surgery as well as what to expect once I woke up. He explained I would shiver for 20-40 mins but it’s not due to being cold, that it’s a side affect of the anestesia.
Dr Krau came in after a couple of mins greeted me with a smile and hand shake. The day prior I met with one of his nurses and we went over what size implants looked best on my body I decided to go small and opted for 200cc as my goal was perky breast while still staying as close to my natural cup size. He explained that what ever skin was removed would be weighed and would be added to the size of the implant which I though was great. Dr confirmed what the nurse had mentioned the day prior and took more pictures. He marked up my boobies and again took more pictures. After about 5 minutes Nora came and took me to the operating room, I was instructed to lay in the bed. The anesthesiologist sparked a conversation which took my mind off of what was happening. That’s the last thing I remember lol.
Waking up was horrible not because of the pain but because of how nauseous I felt. I felt groggy, nauseous and disoriented I took a sip of water which later made me throw up. I was out in a deep sleep the entire ride back home 40 min drive) Once I got home I went to the restroom to urinate, I needed help because I was too sore to bring my pants and underwear down. My girlfriend had to help me. I then later later down to take a nap because I was so tired. I went to sleep and kept waking up and falling back out for about 5 hours or so. I haven’t taken any of the pain meds, I was told to avoid them unless I absolutely felt I needed them with the exception of amoxicillan to prevent infections. I bough the recovery pack on Vitamedica, I’ve taken my arnica, bromelain and I’m waiting to take my pm recovery, I did take a muscle relaxer as my chest feels very tight. My appetite is pretty good I have a peach cut up of course, an apple with almond butter and black beans so far. I’m actually hungry right now lol. I’m not really in pain I would say it’s more discomfort than anything else. My chest feels really really tight but I’m better than expected I’ve walked around a bit and I’m able to raise my arms straight in front of me. I was told to try and move around as it’s better for the muscle. So that’s been my day so far. I keep hearing say two is the worst as the anestesia will be completely out of my system. So I just waiting for the pain I guess.. I’ll keep posting
