im not sure whats going on with this site i keep trying to write my review and post pictures and it disappears then shows back up, apologies. Im unable to delete previous post so as annoying as this is I just wanted to show my pictures because real self was so helpful while i was doing my research I want to be able to pay it forward to those women who are where I was a couple of weeks ago.

Thanks! Originally I chose the 200cc, I wanted a natural perky look. During my in person consultation I put on the post surgery bra and tried on the 250cc implant and the 200cc over my breast, I chose the 200cc because I wanted a natural look and wanted upper pole fullness, Dr. Krau explained that during the lift he would weigh how much skin is removed and he would add that to the implant. He removed 45 worth of skin (I can’t remember the unit of measurement he mentioned) so he added the 45 to my 200cc implant and went with the 250cc implants.

Thanks for your info. I also went with similar size implants (215cc). Btw in case you weren’t aware you can edit the title of your review to add extra details (i.e. implant type/size, specs, etc.) if you want. Sometimes having extra details in the title can draw more traffic (feedback/support) into your review, especially from others that are considering the same size implants or have that the same specs. I look forward to following your progress… :-)

Thanks! I was really struggling with my review yesterday. I’ll try and do a better job moving forward :) your lift/augmentation came out great! Tours scars are healing beautifully, I think I saw you use embrace silicone sheets is that correct?

I was cleared for travel and Im back home in NY. I feel great, other than the pain associated with axillary lipo on the side of my breasts I have no complaints. I have no pain associated with the wounds from the lift. Other than tylenol and muscle relaxers I haven't used any of the pain meds.I took tylenol the first three days and the muscle relaxer the first two days. I didn't stay home either i walked around a lot got fresh air and sun I really believe that helped. Ive been vegan for 8 months, I don't know if this has anything to do with my lack of pain up to this moment but knowing how meat and animal products cause inflammation i do contribute my recovery up to this point to my diet, I also juiced fresh veggies and fruits 1-2 weeks prior to surgery. Ill keep posting :)

I tried editing my last post but i dont know how sorry... Im back home in NY i was cleared for travel since it was a short flight. I havent taken any of the pain medications other than tylenol and the muscle relaxer the first two days. I walked a lot on day two and three. The worst part of my recovery is due to the axillary lipo, i feel like i got hit with a bat on my right boob but it seems to only hurt when i walk. Other than that lol I have no complaints other than my chest feeling tight. My wounds dont hurt at all! I cant believe it. Again i believe this is due to several factors #1 is my ps, Dr Ary Krau is a magician a true professional, #2 not eating any animal product which is known to cause inflammation and #3 the total recovery pack from vitamedica which includes arnica and bromelain. So far Im really really happy with my results. I cant wait for them to drop and fluff. I was told i can change the tape in one week and after a total of two weeks i can start scar therapy.
