Subglandular/over the Muscle, 110lbs, 5’5”, 250cc Implants

3 weeks post op Subfascial placement with donut lift- so happy!

This surgery was long awaited, and I would go back and fourth all the time worrying if I was making the right decision to go over the muscle because the majority of doctors go under the muscle. My doctor was confident that I had enough breast tissue to go over and that the result would look the same. I am SO happy with my results, recovery was a breeze. (I have an 1 & 2 yr old) Absolutely NO pain, and I am SO happy I did not have to cut my muscle. They look better than I ever could’ve imagined.

Hi, so glad you’re happy with your results. I’m 2 weeks post op with 245cc motiva sun glandular, mine are still sitting pretty high, have yours dropped?
I think mine have definitely dropped into their final position now. Week 3 was a huge improvement as far as shape & swelling. The incisions seem to be so much more healed too. Can you feel the edges of your implant at all? I can on the inside cleavage area and it kinda freaks me out. Nothing can be seen, but it’s odd to feel it
No, I can’t feel any edges at all. We did provisionally agree 265 pre surgery, he ordered in 245, 265 and 285 and said he would check on the table as to which one we would choose. I said I totally trusted him, then on the day, I said just go 285 as I’m here and it’s not much difference, but when I can round, he said he went 245 as the others just looked big and didn’t sit in the pocket as well… they do seem to sit really well and I don’t feel any edges of the impact at all, it’s really smooth
That’s awesome! I can definitely feel the edges of my implant but I can’t see them at all. I just worry about long term/what that could turn into

Just a few months out from surgery.. hoping to find others that have had over the muscle implants for some feedback. Are you happy you went over? Can you see the implant ever? I’m nervous to make a wrong decision!
