Saggy Dropped Breast After 6 Months Surgery

Tid a breast augmentation with a lift 6 months ago! My areola looks horrible! One is in the center the other one is more to the left! They are not perfectly round either! I have saggy dropped breasts! and I paid for a lift which doesn't even look like I got one! I have contacted first coast plastic surgery many times, First I spoke with Lory then I spoke with Courtney ..both said they would talk to Dr.Csikai and get back to me that was when I was only 4 months post opp but neither of them ever contacted me back!,So on Friday January 9 2020 I went in the clinic and spoke with Courtney that if they weren't going to fix the messed up surgery that they did, I wanted my money back or else I would go after my rights!!! She said that she would talk to Dr.Csikai and lori and call me back on Monday! So she did call me today and said that if I wanted them to do another lift I would have to pay another 3200 thousand! She said that I have very difficult skin to work on and that is why they dropped, but I'm 27 years old, I chose high profile Silicone implants under the muscle and I have my aunt who is 50 years old has high profile over the muscle Silicone implants and has had her implants for over 7 years and are perfect didn't even drop one bit, and me on the other hand had my implants for 6 months and had them saggy and dropped since I was only 4 months post opp!! Honestly I think that skin type is the only excuse they came up to explain the bad surgery that was done on me!
I'm not going to pay another 3200 for them to redo a job that they were payed for to do it right on the first time!!!When I was quoted the price for my surgery, I was told by Lori that if I needed a revision Surgery within one year of my first surgery I would be Charged $1000 which is the anesthesia fee and now they want to charge me $3200 to do what should have been done the first time!Honestly I think this place is so unprofessional and definitely would recommend you that if your planning on getting a breast lift with implants definitely look some where else because First coast plastic surgery is definitely not the place to get this type of job done! The impression that this Clinic has on me is that they are only there for your money and once they have it they don't care about you!!!! Now I'm left with saggy breast with unmatched areola making me feel depressed and thinking that I literally through $7 thousand in the trash!! But I lifted my head up and I'm going after my rights because I want my money back to pay another surgeon to fix what First Coast Plastic Surgery did wrong!oh and they sent me a before and after picture of my surgery and my after picture looks like they did photo shop because my breast do not look like that, they look worse!!!I'm so disappointed I thought that I could trust this place and finally have my dream of having beautiful breast again come true but never did I thought that this dream would turn into a nightmare!to me or seems that only my areola was moved up to cause a false impression of a lift!

At First Cost Plastic Surgery we strive to provide our patient with the best care and results for our patient. This patient was happy at her last visit and has not seen me to address her concerns. I try to prepare all patients for their surgery along with expectation and outcome. Some patient fail to understand and have unrealistic expectations.

Dr.Csikai
I feel sorry that you have to go so low and not admit that you did not do a good job on me!When I saw you for my first appointment you said that it would be possible to do a lift that I did not have difficult skin to work on and that I would be happy with my results! You showed me before and after pictures of other breast augmentation with lifts that you done and I believed in those pictures and trusted that you were a great professional which obviously isn't the case !Courtney sent me my before and after picture and it looks like photo shop was done on the after picture because in real life my breast do not look like!!I'm feeling humiliated for having to expose my self on the internet so that everyone could see what happened to me!

I trusted you as a professional to do an outstanding job on me especially for the amount of money that I payed!I payed you $7 thousand cash two weeks before my surgery!I did everything that you required of me and in the end this is what I ended up with..throwing my hard working money in the trash and ended with my breast like this! Honestly I think that you moved my areola up to cause a false impression of a lift!how can you say that you were never aware of my concerns?

the last time I saw you I was around my 4 month post opp and I told you that I wasn't happy with my areola and that I thought my breast were to low you told me that you would fix it but for me to wait till my 6 month post OP as you thought that my breast were still swollen and that only around the 5 /6month mark I would have an idea of how the would actually look.

.I have been in you office many times since then I did to chemical peelings with Cassie who opposite of you is an excellent professional!I addressed my concerns to lori,Courtney as I couldn't get a hold of you ...as for some reason they would always say that you weren't there but they would talk to you and call me back but never did!The last time Courtney took couple of pictures and said that she would show them and discuss them with you and call me back but never did!!

All I want is my money back so I can pay another surgeon to fix a bad job that you did on me!But if your not willing to enter an agreement with me I have no other choice but to hire a lawyer and take you to Court because I am not staying with my breast like this and I don't think that its fair for me to pay another 3200 for you to fix a bad job that you did!I never felt so humiliated especially having to expose my self on the internet for you to even listen to a word that I have to say!

Can you post a photo of what they posted on their website and a photo of you in the same pose for the comparison? That would be a great way to call out the photoshop.
January 13, 2021
Do you have a before photo? Also, do you have a photo that's straight-on with both breasts in the image? From what I can see, it looks like your breasts don't look saggy, you just have a long inframamary fold... but like I said, I can only see what you've posted and don't have a full picture! I can definitely see that one nipple is off the the side though. I'm surprised he won't fix that for free.

Also, I don't understand why the doctor is commenting saying that you didn't see him to address concerns? Like, didn't you try addressing your concerns several times with the office workers who said they'd get in touch with him for you?? But you never heard back??

@Dr. Csikai, I don't think having a nipple totally off-center like in her photos is part of a "realistic expectation". I can see one nipple being too high, too low, or not perfectly circular as part of realistic expectations... But one nipple that's all the way to one side, not even centered??? That's kind of wild. Also, how was your comment supposed to help this patient??? You say she hasn't seen you to address her concerns... But you clearly see them here, on the internet. So why aren't you addressing them? Rather than addressing them here (since it seems like communication is difficult for your office) you chose to berate your client and claim they had unrealistic expectations. How does that make you look better to future potential clients???

How do I add more photos to my review?I tried but the only option the website gave me was to write new review...

Oh and about the inframamery fold I honestly don't think it's a fold because I can fit 2 pens under there if I wanted to because that skin is so dropped down .. it's hard for me to explain but I'm so disappointed..but thank you for taking your time to read my review!I hope that this could help someone else make up there mind about weather or not going with this doctor.

What a dismissive and passive aggressive comment from your doctor in this comments section! If that's any indication of the type of response you received post op, I feel so bad that you had to deal with that on top of frustrations with the results. I completely agree with Princess Marzipan's comment - would love to see a full frontal picture because the one nipple looks way off center.

Your breast are pretty large, I think the dip on the sides make them look a little more realistic. The areola does look a bit off centered, but honestly, I wouldn't have noticed unless you pointed it out. I dont even think I've taken that close of a look at mine! I just figured that not all look the same, kinda like having one breast bigger than the other? What concerns me more is the Dr's response. A simple apology and request to speak directly to you vs going on the defense would have been more professional. I hope you find a solution that makes you happy though.

Wow I'm shocked that the surgeon is saying it's about realistic expectations, when it's clear as day he has a) not removed enough skin from the lower half of the breasts, and b) placed the implants too low in the pockets, giving the bottomed-out look. The nipples are a mess too. He needs to do the right thing. If he doesn't care about his patients he should at least care about his reputation.

Some people asked me to post my before and after picture...I posted the one picture that First Coast Plastic Surgery sent me trying to convince me that they did a good job and that I should be happy with my results wich isn't the case...I actually feel humiliated and a shame of myself for having to expose me in order for Dr.Csikai to listen to concerns wich by his reply you can see that he dosen't care cause all that matter was the money that he already received

I def don't agree with the Dr response. However I think those implants are too big and too heavy for your breasts. Your before pic you can see the ptosis and loss of laxity. Did you have a lollipop or full anchor lift? I think the weight of the implant caused you to bottom out. I always tell ladies to read over the revision policy before surgery. Usually it should be in writing in your pre-op paperwork. Sometimes in office scar revisions are done for free but majority of the time if you have to go back under you're responsible for anesthesiologist, nurses and OR fee. A lot of times the PS waives their fee. Look in your pre-op paperwork bc you may have signed something stating your results aren't guaranteed and you can't sue or hold them liable. I'd request your surgical notes and/or pictures for your records. Just a few things to think about. Always remember our breasts are sisters not twins. Hang in there and happy continued healing dear. Keep us updated, good luck!

I don't understand other women who say "sisters not twins!" when responding to another woman's concerns while they themselves had results which turned out AMAZING if not perfect, especially compared to the post they're commenting on. It feels really dismissive and insincere.

I can see exactly why you're not happy. That one nipple is WAY off. Your nipples weren't off like that before the surgery, so it's unreasonable to say that this is a realistic expectation for you. If your nipples were off before the surgery, then I would say it was a realistic result.. But your nipples were very symmetrical beforehand.
I do think think you have GREAT cleavage and size, however! I think from the front your breasts don't look saggy one bit. I do think your infra-mammary fold creates an illusion of sagginess on the side. However, I don't think your breasts are too low. I feel like if you raised them up any more to get rid of that crease, they would be unnaturally too high. Maybe the doctor should have taken out more skin? I'm not sure, because I'm not a doctor. But I would definitely bring up these specific concerns if you get a revision.

I also don't think you should feel humiliated or shame about posting on Realself. I think you should feel proud of yourself for doing something that a LOT of women are too afraid to do.. Post their poor results. Your results are going to help so many women in the future when trying to decide if they should go to this doctor or not. I've seen some posts that were SO botch and terrible (On an otherwise "good" doctor's page) where their nipple was so high it literally couldn't be covered by any bra... but they DELETED their post so no woman will ever see it! Take pride in your bravery! You're showing the world this doctor's honest and true work and you deserve commendation for it! :)

I think a lift without implant would have been better, maybe that's why you feel that they're saggy? They seem to be high enough, anything more would look unnatural. But honestly they look really good! The nipple is a bit off but no one expects breast to be so exact so it adds a more natural effect. Still more concerned about the Dr.'s comment. SO unprofessional.
