Do not recommend - left with once again saggy boobs

I had a breast lift and augmentation on 4/18/22. For the first 6 weeks after surgery I was pleased for the most part. After about 4 months my breast completely sagged and once again were falling into my armpits anytime I would lay down without a bra on . Obviously my pockets were never tightened during my procedure and after the swelling went down the after math was extremely disappointing. I went in to discuss a revision due to the issues and was hit with “that’s just gravity it wouldn’t matter how many surgeries you have or how big or small of an implant you get, they will always do that” and then was swept out the door. Obviously after spending $10k I was distraught. I have spoken to other plastic surgeons at this point who have confirmed that tightening the pockets would resolve the issue. I was extremely hopeful when choosing Dr Barns being that he was newer and younger thinking he would be up to date on the latest techniques however I definitely underestimated the lack of skill possibly ? The fact that a revision was completely shut down and excuse made that they could never be anything but saggy was disgusting. Now I am left with once again saggy boobs that fall into my armpits with SO MANY SCARS that I am more disgusted with them at this point then I was before the procedure. DO NOT GET A BREAST AUGMENTATION OR ESPECIALLY A LIFT DONE HERE!!!! Photo of before/6weeks/4months
