Dr. Charles Messa is truly one of the kindest and most genuine plastic surgeons you will find. He has a rare balance of confidence without arrogance, and he carries himself with a level of professionalism that immediately puts you at ease and instills trust in your surgical experience.
Not only is he an incredibly skilled surgeon, truly an artist, but he also listens carefully to exactly what you want. I came in with specific photos, and he was able to translate that vision into results that matched beautifully. He has the ability to create a wide range of styles, and if you have a clear aesthetic in mind, he absolutely delivers.
I personally underwent a breast lift with implants after breastfeeding three children, which had left me with significant sagging. He truly brought life back to my breasts, they are everything I could have wished for and more. His attention to detail, especially when it comes to scarring, is exceptional.
What also stood out to me was how thoughtfully he addressed every concern with patience, respect, and genuine care. You never feel rushed or dismissed.
Another aspect that I personally find extremely important is the anesthesia team he works with. This is something many people overlook especially in South Florida, where the level of anesthesia care delivered can be less than optimal. Dr. Messa partners with one of the most reputable anesthesia groups and is known for only working with exceptional anesthesiologists. He clearly holds himself and everyone in his operating room to the highest standards and does not accept anything less than top-tier quality. Knowing you are in the hands of such experienced providers brings an added level of comfort and safety.
He uses IV anesthesia, and I had an excellent experience. No nausea at all, even though I’m typically very prone to it.
From start to finish, the entire experience felt safe, clean, and exceptionally well-managed. I was understandably nervous going into surgery, but Dr. Messa and his team made me feel completely cared for every step of the way.
I truly cannot say enough good things he is one of a kind, both in his results and in the experience he provides.
