New Boobies!

Hi ladies! I’m a mom to two children, I’m turning 33 this summer and I need new boobies! Haha
A little back story...I was fit/thick before having children and was a full perky C cup and was in great shape. During my pregnancy with my daughter(who is now 10) I gained 60lbs, ballooning to 205lbs. I struggled losing the weight after having her and only lost about 1/2 the weight that I gained. Fast forward 5 years, I got pregnant with my son. With him, I only gained 25lbs due to morning sickness. I did not breastfeed either of my children but I did pump for about 3 months each
After I had my daughter, my breast’s ballooned to a size 36E(from a full 36C) which caused a lot of pain to my neck, shoulders, and back. Needless to say, finding clothing, bras and bathing suit tops that I wasn’t spilling out of was hard so I decided that I wanted a breast reduction to bring them back to my original size. I was referred by my friend who had gone to Dr.Messa(Weston,Fl) for a BA. I was very pleased with her post op results and decided to schedule a consultation for myself.
During my consultation with Dr.Messa(who is amazing btw), he said that a reduction was a great choice but that I would also need a lift without an implant because he could use my own breast tissue to create a full looking breast. I got pricing and decided to leave a deposit the same day. My surgery was a few weeks after my consult and it went very well. I was extremely pleased with the results after my reduction/lift. I was scared about the scarring due to the anchor technique he had to use but they are literally barely noticeable. I must have really great skin! Haha
Ok, so after my son and gaining weight over the years due to a desk job, my boobs grew to a 36DD. I started the Keto diet/lifestyle back in June of 2018 and I’ve lost 60lbs in a relatively short period of time and it’s taken a toll on my boobs. They now lack any fullness and have deflated and they fall into my armpits when I lay flat. NOT ATTRACTIVE!
Recently, I decided to go back for a lift with implants. I scheduled my consult, paid the deposit and surgery is scheduled for June 11th! My husband isn’t thrilled about spending another several thousand dollars on my boobs a second time around but I told him that the best investment is in ourselves and that he should be thankful that I take pride in my appearance and want to look my best for him. I’ve got some time before my surgery so I’ll keep your entertained with current boob pics and wish boob pics!

Thank you! Go with a smooth round implant. In my opinion, they look better and more natural.

I'm going to follow your journey because we are thinking of using him for a revision.

Perfect! What have you had done previously and where? I was very happy with my reduction/lift that Dr.Messa did 10 years ago and he was able to achieve the results I wanted then without an implant. Butttt since I had another child and lost 70lbs recently, it’s really taken a toll of my breasts and all the beautiful work he did on them. If you have questions, please let me know and I will answer them honestly!
