Breast Lift with Augmentation
There are no words to describe how grateful I am to have found Dr. Macadam and her caring assistant, Michelle. Ever since my teen years, I struggled with sagging breasts that pointed to the ground and one breast that pointed far out to the side. I spent years researching surgeons in Vancouver and New York and nobody made me feel more at ease or well taken care of than Dr. Macadam. I had my initial consultation in 2019 but decided to wait until July of 2022 to finally proceed. I made it clear that bigger was not the goal and Dr. Macadam really respected and supported my wishes. She even took the time to call me the night before surgery to walk me through her plan and confirm the shape and size I was aiming for. I am now 6 weeks post-op and couldn't be more pleased with how natural my breasts look after a lift and implants placed under the muscle. I had waited so long for this moment, it took me 2 weeks to finally look at the results in the mirror and it was surprisingly emotional. I recognize that this was an elective surgery but, truly, this has been life changing. I love that, with my clothes on, nobody can even tell that I've had anything done at all. It was truly just for me. I can not wait to start wearing regular bras and a bathing suit with confidence. Thank you Dr. Macadam and Michelle for all that you do. You are a wonderful team!
