Surgery went really well - I was instantly happy with the results

I am not one to normally leave a review, but the care I received from Dr Williams and his team is worth my time!

From the first consultation, Dr Williams was amazing and made me feel comfortable, and all my concerns were answered, professionally. The team was more than accommodating by giving me a quote with all the upfront fees, even before booking a consultation. Other practices would not even give me an idea of fees until I meet with them even then was a hassle to receive them. The lead up to the surgery was a breeze, and any worries or last-minute questions were answered professionally and helped rest my mind. Sizing was interesting and easy, this was because Dr Williams knew what my end goals are, to be natural and not big! He recommended a size, which I was worried may be too big, so he order both sizes so I could decide a week before surgery. In the end, I decided he was the expert and chose his recommendation of 250cc, and I must say I'm so glad I did, as this fitted my chest size perfectly.

The surgery went well, and I was instantly happy with the results, even though I was pretty swollen. We did, however, have a little setback, as I am the 1% who likes to bleed. Dr William keep a close eye on me, and when my drains kept filling with blood, he then made the prompt decision to go back in and stop any bleeding. I was in amazing hands, and the whole team kept me calm, considering the worry about needing to go back in. Dr William took extra time checking me over and cleaning me up, and once was 100% happy the bleeding had stopped brought me back. I was 100% grateful at this moment I had chosen him to be my surgeon as his work is amazing. Even after needing to be opened up again, his stitch work was neat and even, all my scars are tiny and neat! I definitely recommend him!! His skills and safety precautions he takes, making sure his patients are safe are far better than what I was expecting. If any problems arise, you are in the best capable hands.
