3 Months Post Op Breast Lift and Augmentation
WORTH IT$5,000
I traveled to Miami to get a breast lift and augmentation and booked everything about 2 months beforehand. I got my lab work done in 2 weeks leading up to surgery and took the required vitamins and supplements to prepare. For most of my developed life I was fitting in 34C sized bras at my fullest. My weight would fluctuate from 124-135 lbs but my goal weight is 105-110 lbs with muscle. I have somewhat of an athletic build due to weightlifting to meet my health and aesthetic goals. Anyway once I got to 112 lbs and saw a bikini picture I desperately wanted my fuller breasts back for a more feminine look and to be able to wear plunge tops.
I saw some inspo pictures and decided I’d like to be a D cup. I loved being a C cup and they got really round and full from hormonal birth control but I stopped in 2021 as it messed with my libido. This, combined with being my lowest weight and aging led me to lose a large amount of upper pole fullness.
Some inspo pics led me to settle on 325cc-350cc moderate plus profile implants. I wanted them to look very voluptuous and full in my frame without making me look top heavy. I also wanted Motiva ergonomix implants but the surgeon for my first consult told me I didn’t need a lift and suggested the Motiva with an internal bra placed subglandular. I thought this was odd and now looking back that may have been a bad decision for long term as my level of ptosis or sagging on one side was more extreme to have a heavy implant placed subglandular. I’m no surgeon but I know how gravity works.
Anyway, my surgeon fitted me for 350 cc high profile Mentor round silicone on the right and 325cc ultra high on the right. Full anchor lift! The scarring was a huge concern for me and seemed to be worse from T-junction separation and spitting sutures but as they’ve slowly started to drop, I am loving the results! He only asked me what cup size I wanted to be and placed what he thought was needed to achieve my goal. I spent so many hours looking up girls my frame but most girls start out with an A or B cup whereas I had decent breast tissue and a lot of loose skin, no upper pole fullness. Them being submuscular is concerning but they sit nicely and I just have to be careful doing certain exercises. I cleared this with my surgeon and got back to weightlifting 2 weeks ago.
I wanted to post to help other women see some progress pics if they wanted to compare. I had trouble finding enough reference photos to help with my pre-op anxiety but I’m so grateful it went well. The pain right out of surgery was quite unreal but that’s what painkillers are for! Don’t be afraid to take those and the muscle relaxants. For scarring I’ve been alternating bio oil and scar tape although the scar tape makes my skin itchy and risen. I don’t want to keep using Vaseline or scar gel as they stain my shirts so I’ll keep alternating with the tape and hope it is not irritating my scars to the point of hypertrophy if that’s a thing. But so far the lollipop incision line looks amazing for 3 months post op, it’s only the places at the T junction and some spots where there were spitting sutures that have darkness. Maybe I’ll check in at 6 months? I’d like my cleavage to come together a bit more as when I wear a bikini I can’t squish them together like my old boobs/skin lol
