I had a breast lift with implants done by Dr. Lista at the plastic surgery clinic. Let me tell you I could not be happier with my decision so far .. I am only 5 days po but I am already so happy. I have always disliked looking at myself naked in the mirror because of my saggy boobs. This procedure has already immediately boosted my confidence. I'll start off by saying my entire experience with the plastic surgery clinic and Dr. Lista has been amazing. From consult to surgery day and my first postop appointment every single person in the clinic was amazing to deal with. So kind and made me feel extremely comfortable. Dr. Lista's expertise and experience made my decision to go with him as my surgeon very easy. At my consult I sat down with Dr. Lista and he inspected my breasts, he explained to me that I would need to have a lift in order to achieve what I wanted. He recommended 5 different implant sizes and I tried them all on and chose the size I liked best. On the day of surgery I was feeling very calm everyone was so friendly and they had me in my own private room with a heated blanket and tv as I waited to go into OR. The anesthesiologist was great. Best experience I've ever had being put under. I woke up and I was shocked that I was in no pain.. I was a little disoriented but no pain. That night I went back to my hotel with my caretaker and took it easy. Felt amazing for just having a lift with implants i couldn't believe that I had no pain.

This is the exact combo I’m going to have in august (lollipop, round cohesive, subfascial) and I’m wondering what size bra you wore before? It’s hard to tell in your before pic. I’m undecided if I want 300cc or 350cc and thought 325 might be a good idea! Also, why did you decide on subfascial placement? Thanks for any sharing you can offer!

I was about a 34c or a 32d before but Brad never fit me quite properly before and also I was never sized properly. It all depends on your bodies anatomy and the amount of breast tissue you already have. I definitely didn't have small boobs beforehand. I would say they were a medium size. I also have a small ribcage which makes the implants appear larger. I've seen a couple people with the sub, fascial, and lots of people with under the muscle and I prefer the look of the sub fascial they look more natural to me, and you get a nicer cleavage. Also, the recovery is a lot easier! My surgeon specializes in subfascial placement and he advocates for it lot. I would suggest looking him up on Instagram "drfranklista" and watching his highlighted stories, he has one called "sub-fascial" where he goes into detail about why he loves it.

Did you not wear compression/support bra after surgery? I thought you’d need for first 6 weeks or so?

What was your bra size before and after? I had mine done 4 months ago and not happy with them at all. Yours look great and that's the look I was going for.

My breast before we’re about 32D but no volume .. very droopy .. I did have a lot of breast tissue! I would say I’m a 32DD now maybe more I haven’t been sized yet
