Mastopexy and implants

So after 3 weeks of decisions and making my mind up, I’ve finally booked my surgery date! 18th JULY 18 Eeekkkk so excited!!  I went for my first consultation in Exeter at the hospital group to see Dr Seno 3rd may 2018, I first saw Melanie and she went through everything asked what size I am now (34DD) what size I’d like to be and to try some bras on with implants to get an idea. And also about the motiva implants, aftercare ect. She was lovely? She then suggested my uplift with 275cc implants that should take me to a 34E Which I’m happy about. I’ve lost weight since having my little boy 19 months ago and my boobs have just got worst. I then got sent into Dr Seno to see if he agrees with Melanie, which he did. And said I have a lot of breast tissue and wouldn’t need a big implant. He didn’t talk much but he knew what he was on about. Don’t get me wrong when I came out I was still a little indecisive if I wanted him to do my surgery I had a consultation with MYA in Bristol a couple of weeks later and as soon as I was in there I just knew I wasn’t happy before I’d even seen anyone. I seen a girl in there who went through everything but it wasn’t as in depth as Melanie and the hospital group which made my mind up for me! I want Dr Seno to do my surgery! I feel much more comfortable now and can’t wait! My friend also had hers done a year ago with Dr Seno at the hospital group and they look really good so that also gives me a piece of mind. Now to just wait until my surgery at Dolan Park Birmingham? The only thing that keeps going round in my head is when you have a uplift you can loose a cup size with the excess breast tissue removed so I’m hoping the 275cc implant will take me back up to a 34E. She’s also said to me that on the day of surgery if I want to go larger the 295cc will be at the hospital.
