Hi everyone! I thought I would start updating on my BA journey! I have always had a C cup, then had kids! While reastfeesing I was falling ou of a D bra, expecially while breastfeeding my twins. Since I finished reastfeeding a year ago, I have been left with completely pancaked A-B boobs. It is horrifying to me. I feel so unsexy. So I have decided to take the leap and have them done. Doctor will be performing a lollipop lift with round high profile 265-295cc implants. I am super active between kids and working out 6 days a week so I hope to fill a C bra but still be comfortable on long distance runs. I am 150 lbs. Can't wait and will update as we go!

You're very beautiful, I'm having a revision next Tuesday to go larger. From Mentor 255cc silicone moderate profile to 400cc moderate plus silicone. I should have went larger. I had a lift first, then six months later the implants and now six months later the larger implants. I just want more projection without looking overly fake. Sometimes I think Boob Greed is trying to take over. Lol! Good Luck !

I'm having a hard time with size! I never thought I would be getting implants as my boobs were always good size. And I do kind of like the fake look. I'm just going in with lots of trust that my doctor will do the best size for me. I just don't want to have regrets! This is my shot at nice boobies!

I have Natrelle implants and mine are 375cc moderate profile. I'm happy and actually wish I went smaller because the healing and stretching of my skin has been a pain, literally. However, my scars look awesome and there would have been a bigger issue if I had gone bigger because it would place too much weight on my incisions. When getting silicone implants you forget that they are heavy, at least compared to deflated boobs.

Yes! That's why I won't go over 295cc. Even that was a little heavy to me. 265 felt natural and what I was used to pre babies. I would rather be too small than too big. It's so weird, sometimes 300 or above looks tiny on people and huge on others so I have to trust my surgeon.

Your surgeon is the best person to judge what your body can handle and what will look best on your frame. I now look the size I was back in my 20's, my problem is that my boobs were so deflated that they didn't get in my way like my implants do. I'm still getting use to working out with breasts. I would go smaller if I had to do it all again since my primary goal with perky.

Only 2 months left until my BA and lift! I am so excited. Also very nervous as my children are still very little. I have been teaching my twins how to crawl into their car seats so that I don't have to lift them after surgery. I'll post a couple pictures of my while breastfeeding boobs and my now boobs.
Really hoping to go for a C cup with 265cc HP implants. And a lollipop lift. Anyone else on here with 265s?

I haven’t had my surgery yet but I’m a c cup and I’m getting hp 275cc implants with a lift! Your results are beautiful

Had my preop appointment today! Was super nervous about sizing because I don’t want to go too big. The 250cc looked like almost nothing, and 300cc looked like the biggest I would be comfortable with. So it looks like we are going with either 265-295 high profile. I would rather be small and perky than big and saggy! Hoping for the best!
