Had my 3 month post op appointment today and overall I am happy. The implants settled a little more than I would have liked, so I’m considering having a second procedure to boost them up a bit. Possibly an implant exchange as well to give me more upper pole. I don’t know if I’m being rediculous because I know most women do this with the goal to have natural, full breasts. But my goal was perky and no bra necessary. We will re-evaluate things in another 3 months!

From what I can see you look fantastic! However I understand it’s what you like that’s the most important thing. One thing to take into consideration is that many of the pics we see here with the rounded upper pole are early post op pics. I was also reading in the doctors Q&A section a while back that women that need a breast lift often cannot expect the same results as someone that does not need a breast lift. Going larger on the implants may simply make the lower pole drop more, especially if the skin could not maintain the weight of the original breast to begin with. Unfortunately gravity usually wins. I’m not an M.D. but if you want more upper pole fullness it may be a better idea for your PS tighten the lift up a bit as opposed to going larger; taking in more skin from below may pull the implant up a bit, imo. In the meantime you should feel good that you look fantastic; and you actually have the “ideal” shape, imo. Google “45:55 ideal breast shape study” for more details. thank you so much for your comment. I do think I am being a bit rediculous. I think as time passes I may see if I can get more taken so my nipples will be a little lower and plump up the lift a bit. your honesty helps me. thank you!

Boobies look great! I did 365 full profile and thought it was crazy big until about now. I thought I should have gone smaller until I realized 265 is only 1/2 a cup difference. Yours have settled nicely!

4 weeks post op and loving my new bod!

My scars are fading, very little pain (only in some spots). Went bra shopping and turns out I’m a 34D. They are so much fun! Not that I do much with them, lol but I love how they feel and look. I posted a full body because it was hard for me to see people’s proportions on here. Again I had an anchor lift with 295cc high profile Natrelle implants.

Tapes off!

Tapes are off and dried blood washed off! A tad more swelling on my left side but I am so happy! The incisions are so neat and I’m beyond happy with how things are settling. Can’t wait for swimsuit season!
