30 years old, Mom of two toddlers, 115lbs, 5’3”. lift and implant 175cc. under the muscle. anchor lift

Found Dr Fryer and immediately knew he was the one. Flew in this morning from Montana to Utah to have a last min sizing and pre-op for surgery tomorrow. I decided to go small and also do two different sizes of implants to fix my asymmetry. 175cc for the right and 195cc for the left. Under the muscle. I am one of those who originally just wanted a lift cause I don’t mind having small boobs just want them in the right place but then decided that a small implant wouldn’t push me over my comfort zone and the extra bit of fullness would be nice. At first the nurse kept telling me 200 + is what I should be looking at and people always want to go bigger.... but not me!!!! I care tremendously about the shape instead. I already wear a 32d at Victoria’s Secret so want to be carful not to push myself out of range to shop there. Even tho the doc said they were being generous with my sizing there, but that is what I fit into maybe just because of the extra skin? I can’t help but to think when they are lifted and a little skin removed there will be extra room and with my small implants under the muscle I would end uP like a half cup bigger. I had visited once before to check out doctors in the area (I didn’t like my selection in Montana) Dr. Fryer was my first appointment here and after meeting with him I canceled the rest and enjoyed my mini get away from the kids ;) okay, I know, I know. It sounds terrible but I have two kids ages 1.5 and 2.5 so any Mom out there knows how this can be.
Got my husband to travel out here with me to be my breast buddy through this whole ordeal. I go back in two days to recover the rest of the way at home (with my babies!) so needless to say this is going to get interesting..... stay tuned

The end seems to be a little bit of a mystery still of the total turn out but I suppose there is too many variables to know it all going into it. I’ll post some before pictures tomorrow.

Also, my stats are 5’3” 113lbs petite build and my boobs have been mildly saggy my whole life then after the major excess boob weight gain of two kids in a row it was game over : /

They look worse then how the feel on. 30 years was a good run. Looking forward to 1pm!! Tip: don’t wear high-rise anything for these doctor office pictures. It makes you look waaay heavier.
