The Lift Was Done. Now Augmentation Scheduled

So last year went in for a lift/implants. Ended up a little disappointed not getting as big of breasts as we wanted as it would have stretched the lift too much. Looking to basically go as big as I can now with this next procedure in April. Would this be possible in your minds? Or even close? I read so much that people always wish they went bigger which I hoped for first surgery. Hoping not to be disappointed again.
